    Hi
    It actually works with BK7231Flasher
because I get a connection via tasmotizer
I can also create a backup with esptool
I don't know now whether I should just use the OpenBK7231N_QIO_1.17.622.bin file instead of the tasmota bin

TYWE1S is ESP8266, we don't have support for this platform yet. Let's make a Tasmota setup instead, ok? Do you have 2MB flash backup made? Then we can try flashing Tasmota.

    I can flash Tasmota myself
I thought it would also work with your software because with Tasmota the motor turns itself on when it loses WiFi

Don't know about tasmota, but in esphome there is "early_pin_init" setting. It is possible, that tasmota have a similar flag. I have several LSPA9 plugs, where i replaced original modules with esp-02s, and with that setting set to false, relay do not turn off on reboot.
Assuming of course, that tasmota reboots when losing wifi, as esphome does.

Why do you want to use early pin init, if it's a Tuya MCU device? Or isn't it?

TuyaMCU device is using only UART for communication, no other GPIOs of WiFi module are utilised. Or are they?

How did the Tasmota flashing went, @Nordlicht77
