Anslut devices are usually re-branded generic Tuya for sale by Jula in Sweden.
Device information:
Chip: BK7231N
Board: CB2S
Energy monitor: BL0942
This device is Class IP44, suitable for outside use or in a bathroom, but not totally watertight. After disassembly, the device must be re-sealed with a suitable sealant to prevent an electrical hazard.

Disassembly is most easily achieved by using a "spudger", flexible blade or similar tool to pry open the top, starting at the corner opposite the power-button (there is no holding-clip there) and working your way round, breaking the seal.

I successfully flashed two of these with a generic FTDI-USB programmer, using the power from the programmer itself: one by desoldering the chip and one by soldering dupont pins in-circuit. The in-circuit flash required the baud rate to be dropped to 115200. Starting the flash and cycling the power by dis/re-connecting the power lead.
The BL0942 Energy monitor chip is self-calibrating, so I assume the power usage figures are correct.
The extracted Tuya config did not work out-of-the-box, but here is the working config.
