I guess that chip inside may be BK7231M? The non-Tuya one?

could well be. or something new maybe. I've been looking for signs of a link to Tuya but don't see any in pics or the manual. I see the OP is posting about it here too https://www.vodnici.net/community/postid/40586/ :)

Hello I finally got time to try play with the device. I desoldered the module prom board. The device is 7231N device.
However during flash with the newest flasher 186 I got write error. I got successfull write with old v50 and 1.18.175 OBK.
There is a problem with device. The MAC is probably stored within FW so my device get MAC Device MAC: C8:47:8C:00:00:00
BTW I cannot do OTA to the newest FW 1.18.231

downloaded fw is in the attachment. Decoded fw:
    Code: JSON

Device configuration, as extracted from Tuya:
    - WiFi LED on P23
    - Button (channel 1) on P24
    - Relay (channel 1) on P26
Device seems to be using CB2S module, which is using BK7231N.
And the Tuya section starts at 2052096, which is a default T1/XR806 and some T34 offset.
