    Hello

I have a problem with the installation of the IMOU RANGER 2 camera.

    1. I have installed the IMNOU LIFE application
    2. i add a new device ( out of the box ) using the screen in the app "add new device" , I scan the QR code located on the bottom of the camcorder , I connect the camcorder to the power supply ( or I already have it connected - I checked anyway ) , the green LED flashes and the button is still inactive - what am I doing wrong ? ( I have 2 devices and both behave the same way )

Here is what I managed to get. I tried installing from three Xiaomi phones ( three different models ) and none of them could be installed - in all cases the effect was the same ( either after scanning the QR code the device was not detected at all ( although it showed the correct scan ) or it was detected but with the message that probably something went wrong and only then the option to continue was active, but despite the "matching of devices" despite several attempts it was not possible to configure it correctly. The only thing that helped was the use of an IPad ( Apple ) - there, after correct detection of the device (albeit also after several scans of the QR code), the installation went smoothly and the device was added to the IMOU application from which it also works correctly on phones. So it seems that the problem lies probably in Xiaomi's overlays on Android, because rather than in Android itself
