how are you powering CB2S? If from USB-TTL adaptor alone it's probably browning out when the wifi initialises. Are you watching TX boot log? Does it boot loop?

It's hard to say without TX2 log. Maybe not enough power and bootloop on AP creation, maybe totally wrong firmware (not booting at all), or maybe he configured it to join non-existent access point... also possible...

Serial flashing 3,3V USB Uart module with OpenBeken GUI Tool. With the config attached screenshot.
AI: Which exact OpenBeken firmware file did you use, and where did you download it from?
Latest current version, 110. GUI downloaded it automatically.
