I have two Xiaomi Water Immersing Sensor Wireless Flood Water Leak Detectors from AliExpress.
Opened up one of the devices and it has the same Telink chip as their temperature and humidity sensor.
Just wondering whether this can be flashed to support Zigbee, any thoughts?

Is that TLSR8251 chip? Well, according to specs found online, it's a Bluetooth only chip - "RF System on a Chip - SoC BLE 5.0, AoA/Tx, Telink Mesh, 24 pin QFN".

The best you can do is probably this:

of course, assuming this device is supported by Tasmota... and that's a big IF
