Not (at least not yet) and not likely to happen. Roller shutter motors are mostly 12-17 rpm, so they are slow enough that they do not need smooth start/stop. Slightly faster (approx. 25 rpm) are motors for fabric roller shutters/screens, but even these do not have this function.
