It will rather be very difficult to control because the number of orders to Poland is growing rapidly and people are even addicted to buying.

AliExpress has warehouses in Europe, some companies selling on AliExpress have warehouses in Poland. Then the delivery time is not 2-3 weeks, only 5-7 days.

... and shipping from China, it's not that bad at all:

Recently, I was selling Pegasus cartridges on Allegro Lokalnie. There was a person who placed the bid for PLN 600. It turned out that such an amount was immediately treated as an offer. In the past, the system simply outbid weaker bids by itself. It is a consolation that the system charges a commission on the buyer's payment, not as it used to be after the end of the auction. And I was already afraid that I would struggle to get my commission back. I got along outside of AL. When someone places a bid, you cannot see that he has placed a bid. It says "Nobody is bidding". We also don't get any notification that someone has made a bid. Another buyer asked me if he was getting through himself. He was so confused by the new system. Another person asked if I knew how to leave a comment now. Answer: you can't. So how am I supposed to build an image of an honest person in AL? Overall, I sold few games and most for little money. I have the impression, subjective, of course, that if I were to sell on the old platform, the sales in terms of quantity and amount would be better. I gave the option of personal collection, but no one from my city (Lublin) bought the cartridge. So local classifieds on OLX are out because nobody will buy it. I ignore the fact that on OLX most people are in a market and want to leave the price. Plus, I think people rarely go there. I am writing from experience. On OLX I am currently selling, among others 4 pcs. new wipers for PLN 10, which I want to get rid of after the old car and no one has displayed the phone number. I can't believe people only buy top-shelf wipers and don't replace them until the rainy season is right now.
Bottom line: AL is weak, OLX is weak. Any alternatives?

    ebay has not heard of.

AliEx is not formally a competition for Allegro (well, not in everything). Probably in some groups it bites them, but not in everything.
If AE will deliver to Parcel Lockers, they will probably start to go downhill again (mainly before Christmas)
I wonder how long (time) is the current Allegro - parcel locker contract? Because if the inpost kicked in the ass allegro (in favor of AE), the allegro could get a nice kick in the mouth.
You have to remember that the Allegro business today is based on many delicate forms, including SMART, which attracts people.
Now let's choose a situation that inpost crashes in favor of AE allegro ... and there would be (LAUGHTER) competition for allegro ...
One more question, what is the market of AE in Poland? They are buoyant indeed, but so far AE is not very buoyant (I think so).

It's all interesting what you described. There seems to be no alternative, unless someone revives Świstak. It operated practically the same as the old allegro, which most general cargo passengers were satisfied with. Unfortunately, it is not known if someone will come up with the idea to launch Świstak and take over the whole crowd of private sellers.
Recently I logged in to Świstak and it was no problem. Nevertheless, he is blocked.

When buying now, a commission is charged despite the lack of payment.

Exactly. On ali you can buy something less valuable because more valuable things can be taxed.
As for several years I did not have any parcels under control, this time it was shaken by the customs office this time and the delivery time was significantly extended.Luckily, they did not charge me a tax, but the value of the item is about PLN 130

It turns out that alledrogo has ignored a normal person!
So, a normal person ignores alledrogance.
I stop buying there, since then you cannot resell ...

Time to put on something alternative, such as alleniedrogo.

Somehow I have a bad association with marmot, at first they were ok, but then they started to combine with these reversed auctions and other miracles and they quickly fell.

what will close what will they close :)
    They won't close anything
People have got used to the Allegro and they treat it like an internet market.
Anyway, what is surprising on the websites of native sellers, the prices are usually the same.
And Allegro offers additional profits, i.e. SMART, Comment (if the seller is wayward, he will be denied it, or a complaint will be made (additional security).
Well, people are buying on the Allegro and it got tired.
So for now, nothing is at risk and writing nonsense that the Allegro has lost whatever is a fiction.
When I sweat, there would have to be strong competition that could use mechanisms that would attract sellers. Only large ebay Amazon companies have such strength, AE is a different fairy tale (although also using ...)
And (I'll repeat myself again) these have somewhere in our market (I don't know why such a policy), you can see that the costs could be too high in relation to the profits ... ebay has been around since 2003-2004, where then they could easily hit the Allegro where it was still a small bazaar. Today it is much more difficult, the Allegro itself has taken over the market on many levels and the fight would be hard, though not winable.

Is the dispute mechanism heavily burdened, probably so with this number of auctions, it is enough that even a dispute occurs in one out of several hundred, it already collapses terribly, although we do not know how. Another truth, if it is held, it means that not so much, otherwise they would kill it under any pretext.

Already in the morning I have bad impressions about Allegro locally. A friend asked me to bid him the item. I was supposed to give a maximum of PLN 370, so I waited until the last seconds and clicked 370 as I would in a regular allegro. After a while I saw that my offer was raised so I left the computer and forgot about the case. In a moment I get an e-mail that I won the auction for PLN 443 ... I might as well have won it for PLN 1,500. Someone can explain it to me?
This portal is so limited that it is hard to believe that this is part of the allegro, it looks rather like a fake where you can lose money.

But the number, I had exactly the same case, admittedly I wanted to buy something, when there was an auction, I gave PLN 93, then someone outbid me, I forgot about the auction, because I did not want to spend more, after a week when the auction ended, I got an e-mail that I won the auction with the price PLN 143
I asked the seller if it was ok, he said that he had in the system that I outbid the offer on the last day. and I didn't even watch this auction. I thought something with my browser, some cooks or something, but if you had that too, it is very boring and fearful to bid, because you can end up with a giga price.
Here I was happy and the final roll price was acceptable, but the overall danger is high.

This number is with you just like with your colleague above.
Can't you see that sneaky edge Allegro used ????
Now you do not give your price in the auction, as it was on Allegro.pl, but write like a bull "raise for" and there are offers for PLN 1, PLN 5, PLN 10 and your offer.
If you give PLN 93, it means that you do not give PLN 93, you only raise the current price by PLN 93, and when this price is just PLN 200, then with your copy it comes out PLN 293 and that's what you have to pay for the purchase and the thieves Allegro has 10% of PLN 293, i.e. 29, PLN 30 and not PLN 93, i.e. not PLN 9.3.
    Simple and smart.

No, I clicked 3x raise by 10, when I was bidding it was PLN 63 and the final price was PLN 93
then I forgot about the auction.

You talk nonsense, I put my offer when the item was over PLN 200, so by Your reasoning, I should win the item for ~ PLN 570, and I got it for 443

In my opinion you are wrong. Take a look at the AL website again. "Raise by" refers to fixed bid increments, but if you enter the amount in the box, it works as it used to. "Bid X PLN".

Allegro locally - what the crap is that?!?

I know because I was bidding, and after entering PLN 95, I saw the price of the item PLN 95, regardless of what it was before bidding.

@Novile In the field entered manually, you enter the value of your offer, not the amount, if you want to raise the current offer. In other words, if I enter PLN 150 in this field, it means that I want to bid exactly PLN 150 and not raise the price by that much - at least this is what the screen attached to me shows.
Allegro locally - what the crap is that?!?

Joining the discussion, Allegro Lokalnie probably has the following cardinal sins, which are mentioned many times here:
1 / BUYER no possibility to observe the auction.
2 / BUYER absolute boost instead of automatic.
3 / BUYER website features (graphic design, other domain) that suggest impersonating Allegro (phishing) - in the era of factual headlines about subsequent online scams, the average Allegro buyer (minimal knowledge of this type of issues) will be over-cautious.
4 / SELLER no possibility to set the 'buy now' option while listing the auction.
5 / SELLER absolute lack of information about how many people participate in the auction, how many bids have gone, how many are following (because see point 1), no e-mail notifications that someone has bid.

I myself have been an Allegro user from almost the beginning - from the point of view of sales, it used to be a local trading platform for me (MtG cards) (I used ebay.com on a larger scale). However, from the buyer's point of view, it has always been a source of cheaper console games for me - for years I have been buying used games for PSX, PS2, PS3, and now for Nintendo Switch. The Allegro Lokalnie mechanism completely devalues this platform for my purposes - you can already see that on Allegro Lokalnie, after only a few weeks of operation, the goods are listed for significantly higher asking prices, often above the transaction prices of games still listed on allegro.pl.

In fact, allegro.pl becomes Polish aliexpress or Amazon taken over by mass sellers of the same assortment as part of an aggregator of enterprises and wannabe businessmen.

[EDIT] although the comparison to Amazon is strongly exaggerated:>

Added after 2 [hours] 22 [minutes]:

And also a curiosity from today. I had my game listed on Allegro Lokalnie for a few days - no one blew me away. Using the hints from this form, I was able to call up the auction listing form on allegro.pl and I have the first bid 2 hours after listing. This only proves that without changes in the meachisms of AL and extensive promotion, it will only be a bastard, not a service.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the recent changes to Allegro's auction platform, particularly the introduction of "Allegro Lokalnie," which has been met with significant dissatisfaction from users. Many users express frustration over the limitations of the new platform, including a 10% commission fee, restrictions on the number of photos (limited to five), and the inability to use certain features like "show similar" or a comprehensive description editor. Users feel that the changes favor businesses over individual sellers, leading to a decline in private sales. The lack of a robust buyer protection program and the inability to track bids or manage auctions effectively are also major concerns. Some users suggest that the platform is becoming more akin to a notice board rather than a competitive auction site, prompting discussions about potential migration to other platforms like OLX or eBay. The overall sentiment indicates a belief that Allegro is losing touch with its user base and may face long-term consequences if it does not address these issues.
