I would like to build a virtual layout for an autonomous house and I know something there but I don't know how to draw a diagram
    1. the external blinds on the windows should close when it is dark and open when it is light

1a. The external blinds should close when there is a strong wind outside

    2) The external lighting should switch on when it is dark outside, but not if there is a strong cloud.

    3. the temperature of the water in the pool to be no less than 21 degrees Celsius

    4. the grass is to be watered when it is not raining and when it is dry

As you can see there are four points that I would like to realise.

All this is to be controlled by a microcontroller (controller), however on the drawing it is enough to simply draw a rectangle, but please write that it is a controller. For the controller you need to draw the appropriate circuits that will perform the above tasks. The circuits already have to be drawn accurately except for the values and types of elements, e.g. the twilight sensor only that if it is a resistor it is simply a resistor, not that it is 10 Ohm. NOTE the resistor and potentiometer yes because they are two separate elements.
Question 1. you will definitely need a twilight sensor, which will be directly connected to the controller, and from the controller will go the connection to the roller shutter motor and here again to the roller shutter motor you will definitely need an H bridge to change the motor speed (up - down).
Question 2. the same twilight sensor as in question 1 but from the controller it will go via a relay to the bulbs from the lighting only two bulbs need to be used.
Question 3. for sure temperature sensor connected directly to the controller and from the controller heater, but also must be through relay connected because high current consumption is.
Question 4. a rain and soil moisture sensor must be used and the actuator will be a water pump but also through a relay connected.

    Thank you for your help.

In terms of drawing, it's already quite a bit of design work - I wouldn't count on free execution....
As for the idea itself - think about using a complex and developmental solution (whole house). What remains is the selection of implementation elements. E.g. Home Assistant - you can program yourself appropriate actions. You can get some of the data from the meteo station and bypass some of the sensors (standard HA works with met.no). Sunsets and sunrises are immediately available and can be used as a basis for e.g. roller shutter control.
