    Well, we have a raise:
    https://www.bankier.pl/wiadomosc/Od-poczatku-...-rachunki-za-energie-elektryczna-8030151.html

The Energy Regulatory Office has approved new tariffs for households from January 2021. Poles will pay an average of approx. 3.5 percent. more for electricity. The new tariffs are just one of the elements that will increase the price of the electricity bill. From January 2021, they will also include RES fees, as well as the so-called power fee.

    Hello,
I am writing in the same topic ... unfortunately another person loaded in a bottle by Energa for the G11k tariff, unfortunately at the company's headquarters :( I signed the contract in July, so far I do not live in the apartment, so consumption is practically zero and every two months I get bills about PLN 60, including almost PLN 40 is a commercial fee. I have followed all the entries (for which I am very grateful to you) and tried to change the tariff to G11. I received the answer: Energa - I decided to change the tariff from G12k to G11. I check the ebok and G

In this situation, the only solution is to terminate the contract on G11k and conclude a new one on G11.
In the contract I read that there are some unclear provisions with
    "We will issue invoices for:
    a) sale of electricity according to the G11k tariff group, in accordance with our tariff, standard price list or our offer,
    (b) distribution of electricity according to G11 tariff group in accordance with the distributor's tariff. "

What is the difference between "our tariff, standard price list and our offer" nobody knows ??
I am totally disappointed and depressed that energa is cheating people all the time, basing on their ignorance, pushing beneficial products for them, thus robbing their customers :(
If anyone can indicate what to do next, I will be very grateful
    Best regards,
    Katie

I'm stuffed in a bottle too :( I just filled out the form and got a receipt for the winsoku
The link is working so far: https://www.energa.pl/dom/formularze-taryfowe/formularze-osd/
Then we choose in the middle of the page "I change the tariff group"
    https://www.energa.pl/dom/formularze-taryfowe/formularze-osd/zmiana-grupy-taryfowej.html

PS. I have two comments, issues to be resolved. When concluding the contract (in the premises, new house, new meter) I got a contract to sign and there was nothing mentioned about the "trade fee", I read that it ended with a penalty for Energa and most people continued to pay it (including me). Only for some time they do not hide this "promotion" of a fixed price for one trade fee (and more expensive electricity ???)
    https://decyzje.uokik.gov.pl/bp/dec_prez.nsf/...udnia%202017%20w%20sprawie%20naroszenia%20ZIK % 20by% 20Energa% 20-% 20OBR% C3% 93T% 20SA% 20 (beep) .pdf

I wonder if he can fight them? Baa, I have a contract in front of me, which I signed on November 15, 2017 and like a bull at the top it says G11 (without k)

The second thing, I noticed it a long time ago, but unfortunately I can't check it (because eBOK mussels terribly). I mean how many invoices are there during the year, about their coverage of dates because, for example, current
Settlement for the period 20/11/2020 - 15/01/2021, i.e. not for ~ 60 days, but on the 55th. If so, each invoice would look like a magic, during the year they have "1 month" to collect additional fees.

    Hi,
Is anyone able to help and describe how to extend the contract in energa step by step because I end up in 2 weeks on the G11k suuper and return to the regular G11? Of course, in front of the Internet, thank you in advance for your help (so that I do not mix up and accidentally take advantage of the next 'promotions) ...

Hello. I just changed my tariff from G11k to G11. You have to re-make the contract only for another person, this is the only way out, No complaint will help, the same consultant is forbidden to help.

In December, I changed the comprehensive contract from G11k to G11 in the branch. It was not without grinding. First, the lady tried to convince me that I had what I wanted, that nothing needs to be changed. It was only when I told her that I was not interested in additional services and the trade fee that she was reluctant to change the contract. The lady gave me a contract which indicated that I do not have legal title to the premises. Strange, I suppose such data should automatically suck up. On page 16 of the GTC it is written that if you have no legal title, they install a prepayment meter. I do not believe in cases such as selecting this item by mistake. The G11 appeared on the internet account.
Now for the best. The bill came today and on it the G11k tariff group and the trade fee in the same amount as before PLN 8.05 net / month.

In mid-December, we switched from g11k to g11 through the links you were giving.
The bill came from December 4 to February 3.
The invoice still shows the g11k tariff (maybe because it is a combined invoice) but the previous bill was PLN 257.51 for 299 kw (as if I converted to 1 kw it all came out to PLN 0.86) and now it came for 352 kw - PLN 326.69 (and here already 0.92 groszy) should I think that there is something wrong with this bill ??????

Everything is written on the invoice. Transmission fee, capacity fee and one million other fees. There is definitely a bare watts item and the net prices are quoted on the invoice. VAT is added to the price under the dash, i.e. to be paid

There is a net value of 0.362 khw. They threw you two invoices into one for x2 payments. I had the same after giving up g11k. For energy alone, it is slightly almost PLN 130, the rest are fees.

So I can count that in 2 months it will be a little less ????

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

I will wait for the next invoice ...
Will there be just g11 in the corner or still g11k ????

If the actual settlement, there will only be a fee for khw consumption for the current month and fees x 1. Because it's not a forecast?

When changing the tariff from g11k to g11, you need to select the benefit option (1 photo) in each variant there is a trade fee of PLN 26.99 - PLN 0.39 per kWh, or PLN 22.99 - PLN 0.375 per kWh. (2nd photo).
This option of no trading fee cannot be overlooked. Does it make sense to change the tariff then if the fees are charged anyway ?? I would like to add that the benefit option is obligatory with an asterisk *.
    Please help

in the picture posted by pawel-jwe you can see that it says I choose up to a 12-month guarantee of a fixed electricity price
after selecting this offer, will they not bring up any additional fees for resigning from the trade fee?
I talked to the consutant, he says that there will be no additional fees

I had a decision and an e-mail contract and there is nothing written there about extra charges .. Unless I didn't notice A was written in small print. Earlier, I was browsing the forum and no one mentioned about knocking down an additional amount, so it is probably not there. My next bill should be g11, so we'll see

I also changed the tariff in December to G11 according to the hints in this thread. Just like you, I had some trade fees 2x 8.05 PLN and a higher price for electricity. Overall, I had the largest bill I had historically (although I also had the highest consumption, but without exaggeration) PLN 313 for 354 kWh.

I wrote a complaint because I still had G11k, plus the aforementioned trade fees, and the price per kWh already as for 2021.

Below is the complaint answer to the question why it is charged this way plus the question what tariff group I finally have)

    Sir,

I have considered your complaints positively.
We have adjusted the earlier settlement.

We have issued a correction to the invoice issued on February 27, 2021 (...)
We sent the document to you at the correspondence address.
The current balance on your account is PLN 269.87 - to be paid.
From 1 January 2021, we settle for the collection point (...) based on the basic price list for the G11 tariff. "

So I recommend that you write a complaint :)

I've already paid the bill, so it's already difficult. They also charged me a trade fee for 2 months where in January and February I was no longer in g11k
I am waiting for the bill at the beginning of April and then I will see if everything is ok

Generally, Energa Obrót are scammers and tricksters, Me in BOK said that G11 is an old tariff and G11k is a new one and there is no G11 option and they will change everyone to G11k. And the difference, as it was written before, G11 has fees according to the statutory price list (you can find pdf on the Internet) and G11k has a fee per kW (if there are no additional guarantees) about a watt higher (23%) and a trade fee of PLN 8-10, and in the case of term contract with guarantees / extras and above PLN 20. I got pissed off at energy turnover and changed to PGNIG, I have electricity with gas without a trade fee for electricity (as in G11) and the kW rate is basically like G11 (slightly better) and a price guarantee for a year with an indefinite contract. And for me, energa changed the measure when I received various information on the e-mail, not an invoice, which I reported to them through their eBOK, writing that I did not receive an invoice and I do not enter their ebook regularly and that if they do not repair it, I can not pay on time and this was the situation the place for which they gave me a penalty. I wrote a complaint which they did not recognize, I wrote back to them saying that I informed them, and they still do not recognize it. Finally, I wrote that I do not recognize their responses and thank you for cooperation and resign from their services and I ask you to remove eBOK, they replied something because I received an email but I could not check because they fulfilled the request and eBOK removed me.

And anyway, it is worth checking what tariff is the most profitable, whether it is G11 or, for example, evenings with G12W weekends. If someone has electricity from the energy distributor operator, you can set up an account for my meter and check the electricity consumption charts (year / month / week / day) from the beginning of the contract. It is also possible to simulate costs there, you can select G11, enter the price per kW, select e.g. the last month / year and see how much will come out, for comparison, when selecting the same period, select G12W and enter prices for both zones and see whether the amount will be higher or lower. I found out that regardless of the cheap hours (I had water heating in more expensive hours), I get 10-15 PLN less per month.

Creating an account for my meter, just enter in google: "energa operator my meter"

The application to UOKiK of December 2, 2020 remained unanswered, because it turns out that I have to submit it in writing to receive a reply. By the way, this is "fun" in a pandemic era. For those interested, the content of the application: https://pastebin.com/QcnVeSYC

Energa still uses its evil practices such as:
    1) sending a link to the incomplete offer (without G11),
    2) telephone number to customers freshly after changing to G11 or after rewriting the contract (even with marked marketing / contact consents),
    3) G11k charging after changing to G11 (had to complain about the invoice).

Hello. How much did you wait for the tariff change? Did you get any confirmation of the change (e.g. by e-mail?). Did they consider the complaint (in what time?)? And how did you file your complaint?
Sorry for the number of questions, but it will also be waiting for me soon :P

Hello. Unfortunately, I also signed this g11k contract and now I would like to change to g11. In the contract, I have the term of the contract from 01/04/2021 for an indefinite period, the duration of the offer from 01/04/2021 to 31/03/2023. Will I have to pay this penalty PLN 7 with this contract.
And the 14-day question is counted from signing the contract or the duration of the offer.

You have to be very careful because Energa is pushing these comprehensive contracts instead of the usual G11, claiming that the usual G11 for new customers are gone, which is obviously not true.

What is worse, when considering the application for specifying the connection conditions, the regulations immediately stipulate that after the positive consideration of the application and connection, the client is obliged to sign a comprehensive contract within three months, otherwise a one-time contractual penalty, from what I remember, probably PLN 140. But it still pays off not to sign a comprehensive agreement, pay this fine and sign a regular G11 agreement instead.
Although I personally believe that such practices with forcing a comprehensive tariff for new customers and charging a penalty in the event of failure to sign such an agreement are criminal.
And the biggest curiosity is the telephone change of the contract from G11 to G11k, without any signatures, visiting the Energy office, without reading the regulations. It is enough to say a magic "yes" to the consultant on the phone. This should be forbidden by law because it is a gateway to cheating, especially for older people.
It is a pity that the change from G11k to G11 is not so easy, by phone.

Two days have passed from the notification to the receipt of information about the tariff change (01/12 notification, 03/12 change, G11 charging from 02/12). I have received confirmation of completing the form for tariff change, as well as information about the examination of the application by e-mail. After the tariff change, the next invoice was still issued to the G11K, so I advertised it on the Energa24 portal, referring to their e-mail approving the G11 tariff for me. It took them 12 days to process the complaint. They issued an invoice correction by 02.12 on G11K and by the way, they made it impossible for me to perform actual settlements (but that's another story).

I sent the notification of a practice violating collective consumer interests to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

In my opinion, this is the only effective method of curbing this type of practice. Lonely fights with energy, even victorious ones, will not bring any long-term effects. Because if they "succeed" they will continue to do so with full consciousness. UOKiK and URE are the only institutions that have effective tools and really heavy means of putting pressure on energy companies. Therefore, it is worth using them in any case of violation of rights. Only with more complaints and such signals is there a real chance for a systemic solution to this problem.
