I think current limit control may be achievable with such a redesign: . Very possibly some sort of low-pass filter would be needed on the DAC output to stabilise the signal. Alternatively, the PWM output including a filter could work similarly. For voltage control I have no idea other than a digital potentiometer.

Hello.

How can this circuit be rebuilt to be controlled from the said ESP8266. Maybe some kind of electronically controlled potentiometer which tolerates 24V (because that is the max voltage there).
