    Hello.
Does anyone have any idea how the control of the XL4015 circuit can be done from typical step-down inverters. I have such an inverter there are two PR 10kR one for current control the other for voltage control. The schematic looks more or less like this: Controlling XL4015 Step-Down Inverter with ESP8266: Electronic Potentiometer? .
How can this circuit be rebuilt to be controlled from the said ESP8266. Maybe some kind of electronically controlled potentiometer which tolerates 24V (because that is the max voltage there).

    Welcome,

Give electronic potentiometers controlled by e.g. I2C bus

I think current limit control may be achievable with such a redesign:

Very possibly some sort of low-pass filter would be needed on the DAC output to stabilise the signal. Alternatively, the PWM output including a filter could work similarly.

For voltage control I have no idea other than a digital potentiometer.
