    Good morning, I would have a question where can I find a software update for my tuner: WIWA H265. Does anyone know where I can find such a software update package?

    You can search the net for a newer version of the software (WIWA, no support) and try to install from a pendrive, but it is quite risky.

    today I had a dispute with the service, unfortunately, the device was checked on two antennas and compared with the same decoder and TV set on the same antennas, both receivers worked properly except for the faulty answer "it's the antenna's fault, then the senders have problems" answer on the service at ul. . The tuner seems to buffer the signal faster and after the update it stopped frame rate and pixelation disappeared. The image is more fluid. Thanks for the update file, because I couldn't find it anywhere on the web :)

    PS after the upgrade, the tuner found many more channels than it was in the factory version. The sensitivity of the tuner has improved.
