Code handle assa abloy 8812 - handle does not accept the code

I have a problem with an Assa Abloy 8812 door handle. Normally it worked in such a way that after entering the code there is a beep to confirm that the code is good or bad and if it is good then the handle allows you to open the door and enter the house. When entering the house - without knowing the code - it was not possible to change the position of the handle, it remained "rigid", in a horizontal position, and it was not possible to press it and open the door.
Today - the battery works, because you can see that the LEDs light up and there are some sounds, but after entering the code nothing happens. The handle does not send a signal that the code is correct, nor does it lock. The door is operated from the key and the handle is a pure dummy. Does anyone know what could be the cause?
