Failure of the RoHS Smart Switch to connect to the phone, despite the blinking LED

Hi. I purchased a wifi smart switch rohs on aliexpress. After plugging it in I cannot connect it to my smartphone. The light blinks slowly after pressing the button for 5 s it starts faster but still the phone does not detect it. I tried manually adding it also does not detect. I ordered a switch from another auction from another company and connected to the smartphone without any problem. Could this switch be defective? Unfortunately I do not have the instructions for it. Are all switches connected in the same way by pressing the button for longer to make the LED blink quickly? I would add that the diode blinks all the time as it is connected to voltage only slower. Does the device broadcast any WiFi network of its own? From what I remember, there are two pairing modes. One of them is via the AP.

Does the app have permissions for location and for Bluetooth? Relays with BT support fast scanning which makes pairing easier.

Are you using the right app? Not all apps are compatible with all relays....
