    Device Type: LED Downlight RGBCWWW
    Device Chip: WB2L - BK7231T
Device Purchased: Bunnings Warehouse - ~$52.27NZD

    Flashing of Main Chip

Manually flashed the chip with BK7231 GUI Flash Tool.

Some posts for WB2L suggest you need to increase the current available for 3.3v but was able to flash with a cheap USB to TTL - UART serial adapter without this, I did remove the WB2L module from the main PCB before doing so using some solder wick then reinstalled after flashing.

Make sure you set adapter to 3.3v or use 3.3v pin (depending on adapter type)

3.3v - VCC or 3.3V on USB to TTL
GND - GND on USB to TTL
TX - RX on USB to TTL
RX - TX on USB to TTL

Close-up of the WB2L module with described pins and color-coded labels.
