    Hello there,
    I have a TYBW 4ch-RF based on Tuya CB3S, then BK7231N.

Smart Switch model TYWB 4ch-RF with open casing showing internal components.

The problem is that the device, based on OpenBK7231N_1.17.628, cannot connect to my AP and I don't know why.
Other OpenBeken devices (not this model) can connect to my AP with no problem.
The device with AP mode works ok.

On the first device, I removed the k3, K4 button resistors and the capacitors for to the flashing.
On the second device, I interrupted wiring between 15 (RX), 16 (TX) legs and push buttons (scraped) for flashing.

    Flashing happened as usual.
    backup and write new firmware,
    recovery RF options,
    I usage random MAC

On one device, OpenBk7231n_1.17.622 firmware was able to connect to the AP for a while. I was able to set the function buttons and the relay. Later he did not join the AP.
With the upgrade of OpenBK7231N_1.17.628 Firmware OTA, in recovery mode, no device could not be connected to the AP.

I attach TX2 Debug information and JSON File.
My APM Auba IAP205 runs on a 2.4GHz 1 channel and has many other ESP32 based devices connected to it.

I only insisted on this device because it works with AC/DC 12V/24V, has 4 Dry Conatact relay (unlike the Sonoff device) and in DIN box.

What do you recommend to solve the problem?

on the odd occasion I lose AP and or wifi somehow and safe mode or reflashing RF are no help, I've just flashed whole factory backup, confirmed all OK in Tuya app, then started again flashing OBK.

Did you manage to get it working again?

    Unfortunately not.
I started reading the forum again.

    I did what you suggested.
    Not led to results.
    1. Erase All
    2. Write Flash OpenBk7231n_qio_1.17.638.Bin
    3. Write Empty Obk Config (Generic, Flags)
    4. Read OBK Config

    The same situation as before.
Configured in CB3S AP mode, he could not connect to another hotspot. In Capture File, I also left the password (cb3s.txt).
However, in open mode connect succeeded to the Hotspot every time (cb3s_open_wiFi.txt).

What do you suggest to me?
