    Hi everyone!

Please bear with me, I'm new to all of this.

I was following this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VFsuza3UAhk&t=654s on an S06 Pro: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006740533109.html It uses the WB3S.

I flashed ESPHome-Kickstart successfully, and got it to attach to my WiFi - then it stopped working. Will not turn on, and no LEDs light up. From what I've seen in this forum, it may not be bricked because that should not happen OTA. Can anyone tell me how to bring it back, or point me in the right direction?

Tools I have: Cheap soldering kit, heat gun, jumper wires, a USB to UART board (pic attached)

I have used these tools once, so consider me very unfamiliar with them.

    Thank you.

Hey, have you tried checking the TX2 debug log output?

I solved this by putting the device in safe mode: https://esphome.io/components/safe_mode.html

If someone else has this particular issue, at this particular step of flashing LibreTiny: Leave the device plugged in for 2 minutes then plug it out (this resets the reboot counter). Plug it in and out 10 times (each "plug in" and "plug out" should only be a few seconds). The device should then have an access point you can connect to, and flash whatever you want.

HOWEVER, you might have already provided a valid SSID and password for the network you want the device to connect to. In this case, you won't find an access point as the device will already be connected to your network. Go to your router's login page, and check the connected devices. Go to the IP address listed for the device.

    Cheers.
