I read your entries and I decided to buy a Miele condenser dryer with a heat pump, it was on a discount from PLN 3800 to PLN 2939. I also considered a Siemens iq700 with a steam function, the price is similar to PLN 2700. However, I chose Miele because of the double filter in front of the capacitor and easy access to it. After 5 drying cycles, dust was already visible on the sponge. The sponge drips easily and can be vacuumed. The Siemens solution is a misunderstanding, a self-cleaning exchanger to which there is no access, will get stuck with dirt after a while and the machine will stop working. In some Bosch cars, I have seen a solution where only the exchanger is washed in a situation where the condensed water accumulates in the tank. The function stops when connected to a sewage system. Here you can see how the manufacturer disregards users.

    And what is Miele's symbol?

You do not know how it is with cleaning the exchanger in Bosch Bosch WTR87TW0PL? After connecting to the sewage system, the function?

It is not known with these Bosch and Siemens machines, there are many posts about clogging exchangers, especially after the warranty. When I chose this Miele, I was looking for opinions on German websites where people described that they chose Miele because it has easy access to the filters and it is not designed to break down immediately after the warranty. A bosch is constructed in such a way that from time to time water from the condensate (from the tank) is overflowing through the exchanger, there is a filter in the tank where this dirt collects. When you connect it to the sewage system, the water in the tank does not collect and there is nothing to rinse the exchanger. But this must also be seen in a specific exam because solutions may change.

Hello, I searched the thread and didn't find the answer. I am trying to buy a dryer, I have a pre-selected Beko DH8634GX model
How does the cleaning of the exchanger look like here (it's easy?) Is it worth investing in this model or let it go?

This beko has a cooler on top, there is access to it, but there is no filter in front of it. So lint and dust will penetrate into it. Dust mixed with moisture creates a paste that cannot be cleaned after a few years. This is the problem where most of the time the dryer stops working. Everyone is writing about it here. The best option, I think so, if someone wants to use a heat pump dryer after the warranty and longer, look for a model with an additional filter in front of the radiator at the bottom. It is known that the producers want this machine to go out after the warranty and the repair cost is not profitable. I chose Miele, of course, you need to take care of this and other filters. I don't know, maybe there are also other companies that use such filters. After a few washes, I can see how many of these threads are collected, it is really a lot. This dust, after settling on the sieves in the drum, flies on in a smaller amount. These strainers aren't stopping them all. Everything settles on this condenser not only on the edge but also inside where there is no access. Maybe some pressurized agent could be rinsed out, but let them tell you what they are doing.

No, the exchanger is usually completely dry, sometimes when I dry something specific is slightly damp. If it does not drain water, it is not a clogged condenser, but maybe the pump itself?

[quote = "MLP"] This beko has a cooler on top, there is access to it, but there is no filter in front of it. I saw on this thread how someone installed a foam filter on electrolux, maybe you can also install something like this here ??

Yes, I did it a few months ago and I am very pleased. The dryer does not choke in any way and works normally

How thick is this foam filter? did you fix it somehow or cut and pressed?
I am thinking of a filter mat as for recuperator filters.

    Hi,

I plan to buy a dryer. I have to put it in an unheated shed next to my flat, I have good ventilation there. What dryer will be the best in such a place? If you can put a dryer in such a cell at all. Please advise :)

A question for you. Sharp dryer KD-HHH7S8GW3-PL. I am a bit surprised that there is a groove in the housing where the lint filter is inserted, but there is no gasket in it.

Bosch Condenser Tumble Dryer: Comparing WTW85460PL Heat Pump Model and Conventional Options

As a result, the heat exchanger gets dirty faster and can only be cleaned from the front. Any of you know if a gasket from another manufacturer fits?

    Hello.
For several years I have been the owner of an AEG heat pump dryer. She never let us down. Even like two months ago while the washing machine was being repaired, the dryer fell from the stool to the side, onto the floor. The bang was huge. I was sure she was over, but she stuck it! I only reset it and it works as it did before this fall.
In my dryer, the exchanger is protected by three dense nets, but after prolonged use it got almost completely dirty.
In the meantime, I bought an identical used dryer for my plot. The exchanger was very dirty. Therefore, I figured out how to clean it and I recommend it to you.
A large, strong container must be used. I used a large caste for bricklaying. I put the dishwasher on it with the door facing down. Then I dismantled the rear cover. There is a hole through which you can see the exchanger. Of course, at the front, I dismantled (opened) the access to the exchanger. Then I wet the exchanger with a stream of water from a garden gun. Then I sprayed the liquid softening the sediment on the exchanger fins. I waited a few minutes and rinsed everything off. I had to think about a bit to remove the deposits from the corners, but everything was washed well.
I used the same method at home. Such washing will last for a year or more depending on the intensity of using the dryer.
I greet all users of these very useful devices.

PS. The heat pump in a tumble dryer is simply a small unit like in an air conditioning system. Using the condensation of water on the exchanger, it consumes 1kW of energy and gives off about 3-4kW of heat.

    Hello.
I'm trying to buy my first hair dryer.
    My types are
    BOSCH WTG86401PL 8 KG
    BOSCH WTW87541 / 09 Class A ++ / 9kg
    ELECTROLUX EW7H438BP 8kg A +
AEG TN9587 TN95570 used. I have 18 years old Lavamat washing machines from this series and it works like a dream.
Philco PD 8 Crown 8 kg

I am most into Philco when it comes to programs. Unfortunately, I have not figured out whether it has a pomp or not, it writes differently on each page. I also read that you can connect a drain hose and you can only empty the tank. The only manual I can find is both. Well, the fuse, it says that it requires preferably above 16A. Here I do not know whether my installation in a block from the 1980s will attract any attention.
And the last question, does it make sense to buy a dryer if you have a game at home? Unfortunately, there is currently no drying room in the block, the balcony was left in the summer, after the panels are put down, the dryer is also not used.
Someone will advise or explain something? The more I read, the more stupid it becomes. Thank you in advance. Best regards.

Which Bosch to choose with a heat pump, I need to check the dimensions of the washing machine, load 7 kg and probably similar dimensions + assembly kit.

    Hello.
My wife and I want to buy a heat pump dryer. We have two models that interest us:
    Electrolux EW9H378SP PerfectCare
    Samsung DV90T6240LH
Both products are at a similar price.
Does anyone have any experience with these dryers?
    How about failure rate?
Which of these models has the shortest drying times, but also the softest so as not to overheat? Because the description says that:
Electrolux - Program duration full load / partial load 173 minutes / 105 minutes
Samsung - Program duration full / partial load 220 minutes / 140 minutes
Is it really so, or are these times significantly shortened in the case of Samsung? Apparently Electrolux is less powerful and dries faster?
And which is the quietest? I am a bit worried about the volume of work in Electrolux, because my mother-in-law bought a washing machine from this manufacturer, of course, it was not the cheapest, but the water pump works as loud as in the old Polaris from the 1980s.

At what prices are these dryers? Like something like 3,000, there is no point in overpaying. Samsung makes probably the worst dryers on the market, very difficult access to the exchanger plus high moisture in it makes it impossible to clean it thoroughly. Electrolux makes a lot of dryers, I am almost 3 years old myself, it works every day and without restrictions. As for the failure rate at a similar time, the one for 3,000 will break down and the one for 2A, the drying efficiency is the same. As for the volume, I have to be disappointed, all the dryers are loud, apart from the dryer itself, the pump, a strong stream of air, there are also bouncing buttons, close etc. If you have an apartment, you probably won't put her up for the night. Besides, of course, I recommend buying this equipment, after time it will be as important or almost as important as the dishwasher ... ;)

We also have an Electrolux condenser dryer (model EW8H358SP) and there is a nice device that saves a lot of time, but the disadvantage is a single filter, so you have to take into account that the capacitor will collapse in some time. In addition, 2 months before the warranty expires, the main control module has fallen, and therefore I will repeat the words of one wise household appliance service technician - today all devices are constructed in such a way that they break after the warranty (and Miele also happens to do so), so buy as much as possible , devices with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty and therefore, immediately after buying the dryer at his instigation, I bought an extension of the warranty to 5 years in Electrolux - it cost a lot of PLN 280, but at least I have peace of mind with higher expenses on expensive components. I do not remember the details, but it seems to me that such an extension of the warranty could be purchased before the expiry of the standard 2-year warranty and I bought it on the Electrolux website after registering the product.

This is a masterpiece ... to produce cheaper worse and take extra money for it:  . Well, but on the other hand, planned aging also costs money.

I just saw a sponge filter for PLN 30 on the Electrolux website. Is this one suitable? And this filter needs to be replaced at a later time or is it enough to wash it?

This is the one I have, lightly attached with electrical tape in the corners. I have the same one since April and it looks like new. After 20-30 dryings, rinse it with plenty of water and shake it against the bathtub. For me, it passes this exam, the exchanger is much less dirty, I have a dog and a lot of lint is left on this black filter ?
