If your modification on sdp0301 works, I will be able to check it out within 1.5 weeks. Then the problem of the display replacement and the missing columns would be completely solved. In the case of sdp0301, there is also a better solution, because at least you do not need to solder the display, but only connect to the FFC24 connector. The small connector therefore has more space on the circuit board for the arrangement of the circuits. The board would only need to somehow connect with the original connector on the module's board. As for the tile, you would need to talk to someone who does it every day. I tried to play on the Eagle, but you have to have an idea and skill.
