It is best to check the errors first. On the 1.5 engine a very common error is the P20EE error, in case of this call me, I deal with the entire exhaust aftertreatment system and also regenerate the pumps in the AdBlue tanks

I also have error P20EE:00 Peugeot 308 2.0 BlueHDi. In which city can you make an appointment for a diagnosis? I am from Warsaw.

Hi. Could the P2635 error be related to the AdBlue pump? Thank you.

    Hello
DS5 problem check engine, exhaust system and a light you know what....
Does anyone have a contact Warsaw and surrounding areas to sort this out?
I've driven the car 4,000 km so I have no idea what the problem is, 100,000 on the tank.
Is it a lack of AdBlue or is it the other fluid, I have no idea if two go in.
    20 HDi 180 km

Cleaning the injector itself in the washer also helps.

    .

Not likely, it's not the pump.

A table with information about error code P2635 00 in the DELPHI DCM 6.2 engine controller, related to the fuel pump and possible malfunctions.

Removing the check engine will do nothing without resetting the Denox system, and this function is not in every diagnostic program. Once the engine has started, the pump must have a constant pressure of about 4 bar, if I remember correctly. The injector is a simple solenoid valve that lets the pressure out momentarily. Once the system has been pressurised, so that the pump does not grind air, it is sometimes necessary to blow lightly on the AdBlue filler cap while the pump is running, despite such a function in the computer. The error, the momentary drop in performance etc. appears in all with Euro 6 exhaust standards, whether Audi, Porsche etc.

Topic summary

The discussion addresses persistent issues with the AdBlue (urea) system in PSA Group vehicles, particularly Peugeot and Citroen models equipped with SCR technology. Common problems include the AdBlue warning light remaining on despite refilling, error codes such as P20E8 (urea fluid pressure error), P20F6 (urea leakage/high pressure), and NOx sensor faults (e.g., P2204, P2202). Causes often involve mechanical failures like faulty AdBlue pumps integrated into the tank, leaking or damaged urea injection tubes, crystallization and clogging within the system, defective NOx sensors, and electrical connection issues. Several users report that replacing the entire AdBlue tank (costing approximately PLN 3,800–4,700) is frequently recommended by authorized service centers, though some have found success with repairs such as pump replacement, sensor cleaning or replacement, and tube repairs at lower costs. Diagnostic tools like DiagBox and Lexia are essential for error reading, resetting, and system adaptation after refilling. Venting the AdBlue tank by unscrewing the cap can temporarily alleviate pressure-related errors. Additives like TUNAP 986 have been trialed to dissolve crystallized deposits, with mixed but sometimes positive results. Some users have disabled the SCR system to avoid recurring faults, though this is discouraged due to ecological and legal concerns. Warranty coverage varies, with some manufacturers offering goodwill repairs for tanks under certain mileage and age limits. Overall, thorough diagnostics, including pressure tests and electrical checks, are critical before costly replacements. Repair services specializing in AdBlue system components are available and may offer more affordable alternatives to full tank replacement.
