It looks like another BL602 module. I can see that required BT pin is on the back of the module. Have you tried to flash it?

This device seems to have similiar module:

But it's not the same, so good find. Maybe @divadiow can check as well.
Do you have @150219v8 a template for your device? JSON format

    CK-BL602-SWP1-01 eWeLink

This is the name of the socket that I bought on Ali.
I successfully flashed it, it seems to work, but it does not save to eeprom the consumed energy after turning off the power. I have not studied this issue yet.

Таку назву у застосунку eWeLink має розетка, що я купив на алі, з саме такою платою.
Успішно перепрошив, ніби працює, але не зберігає споживану енергію після вимкнення живлення. Ще не вивчав це питання.

Topic summary

A user identified a smart socket module labeled SM-028_V1.3 featuring a BL602 chip, which was not listed in existing device references. The module was successfully flashed, confirming it as a BL602-based device with a Bluetooth pin on the back. Similar modules were noted but not identical, prompting requests for JSON templates to aid integration. A working template for the SM-028_V1.3 board was shared, detailing pin assignments and configuration commands for Tuya devices. The Trolink SM-028_V1.3 module is recognized in multiple devices with documented pinouts. Additionally, a socket named CK-BL602-SWP1-01 from AliExpress, compatible with eWeLink, was mentioned; it operates post-flash but does not retain energy consumption data in EEPROM after power loss, an issue pending further investigation.
