Hello. After many days of waiting for the touch to return from the complaint, it finally worked !!! However, the previous touch was flawed and therefore the lower touch keys did not work. After putting on a new one, everything works as it should, and I calibrated using this guide https://sites.google.com/site/repairlinks/htc/htc-wildfire-s-calibration without creating any Gold Card. I just copied these two files from the tutorial to the card, followed the steps outlined there, and it all went without a problem. As for the rev. it probably doesn't really matter because, as I wrote earlier, I originally had rev.1 and now I have rev.3 and everything works as it should. best regards

I thought it would go smoothly, but this way does not work for me, security fail pops up! update fail! any tips? Thanks in advance because I have been struggling with this tele for quite a long time.

The hints are very simple, you don't have a golden card made and therefore throwing in these 2 files doesn't get you anything. Read the entire topic, you will know what and how to do it.

Below the files, first try the normalCID file according to the instructions from post 19, then the files from post 21, if it doesn't work, try the reverseCID file. PoZdR

There is one more problem in the HxD program, my memory card is in the logical drives tab, not the physical one; / What to do?

The other GoldCard Helper code does not show.

So how do you read the CID when the GoldCard helper shows bad code and none of the ways to read from the laptop work?

Then download revskill in the initial posts, insert the card into the WinCE device and make a goldcard with it. Earlier, I described how to do this. PoZdR
