..from two weeks. Unfortunately, without PL. But I'm looking for a software :)

If you find soft and want to share, I am willing to try to change the software. Only I have a Sofara 11kW.

He sent me a soft but for Sofar with firmware version 1.90 and ulgrade to 3.40 and I'm afraid to change it.

Are you afraid that it is not up to your model? Are you blasting the inverter? Maybe someone who changed the soft and will tell you this post is reading this post?

As I wrote above, this upgrade is to Sofar with software v.190 and I have v.180. Therefore, I am waiting for a suitable one for mine.

Hey today my Sofar 5.5ktl-x is not producing, it shows Grid OFP network error. From 9 am, it shows the network frequency at 50.8 Hz. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Network frequency too high is an ID03 error, measure how you have what or it is actually higher, otherwise restart and delete and observe
Some time ago, right after the first start, ID04 GridUFP appeared, i.e. the frequency too low, but after deleting it, I did not see it anymore

I have GridOFP Bit2 and the frequency is still too high on the chart. 0W production. I wonder if my Sofar is crazy and the restart will help him, if someone in the area started the installation with a wrongly configured inverter and "turned off the light for everyone"

What graph do you see the frequency on? do you use the solarman during the preview?
The fact that someone would have bad network settings is rather not possible with micro-installation, unless you use a small transform with a power lower than this incorrectly set micro-installation

In fact, it is a professional website, I practically do not use it anymore

I promised to let you know about a solution to my problem.
The panels have been divided into two circuits and so far everything works :)

However, I still have a question for experts :)
How many PV modules Q.CELLS Q.PEAK G4.1 305 MONO BLACK can be connected to the inverter - SOFAR 4KTLM-G2?
    Regards and thank you!

I have 15 pieces and now it works ok.

But you have exceeded the permissible power (4400W).

The power is a bit higher, but it will cut the most and I wonder if it cuts something, you can put a graph of DC power and currents

OKAY. after all, you have the east-west and it will never be cut and here on one entrance it is easy to install 3

    Added after 23 [minutes]:

however, it is not the east-west, it looked like this from a piece of the chart, but here it probably cuts a little, which will be more visible at the end of production, the limit will be 4 kW with some catch

Hello, I have a sofarsolar3.6 ktml g2 inverter with two strings attached
East-West 2x6. There was a strange problem on one string I have a cutting voltage of 205v, on the other it is around 230v. On the graph it looks like someone drew a straight line from the ruler, what could be the reason, is it supposed to be, but in this case I'm losing power. Maybe some settings in the inverter. Someone has instructions for this model in Polish.

    little is four = legible
upload graphs of DC voltages, DC currents and power from one day but separately
I see that solarman, you do not have this install available to the public?

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around user experiences with Sofar inverters, particularly the 8kW models, focusing on their performance, durability, and issues encountered. Users report generally positive experiences with Sofar inverters, noting their affordability and efficiency. However, some have faced connectivity issues, error messages related to input voltage, and concerns about the inverter's ability to handle high panel voltages, especially in cold weather. Recommendations include ensuring proper installation, monitoring voltage levels, and considering the inverter's specifications when connecting multiple panels. Users also discuss the importance of firmware updates and the potential for oversizing panels relative to the inverter capacity.
