I have an hour shift there on the chart - now it is 4:00 PM and the chart shows me production at 5:00 PM.

I do not know what permissions the installer gave you and what you have access to on the web version on the website you provided, for me it is like this:

    1. I log in to the website https://eu5.fusionsolar.huawei.com
    2. At the top, in the tabs, I have Settings
3.Click on the Settings tab - the System settings / Account settings window should be displayed with your data, user name (partially asterisks), avatar (if you have added one), password (stars), telephone number if you have entered, e-mail address (partially stars)
    4. Click in the menu on the left in Manage the installation, give a tick next to the name of your installation and click on modify at the top right, a new window called Modify will appear,
this box will / should contain information, the name of the company that installed the installation, the name of the installation, installation capacity, date of connection and some information such as Installation without social purposes
    5. At the top, in the Configuration of the electricity price tab, you can define the price, transmission separately, energy separately
    6. In the Other information tab you can set the time zone so that it shows you correctly on the charts.

If you do not have these options after logging in, press the installer to give you the appropriate permissions.

I have it too, only I have moved half an hour ahead. The time zone is correct. The time on the chart is ahead of the real time.

I have the same. In the account settings on the website I have the Warsaw zone and the charts have a shift of 0.5h.

Hi. I have a Huaweia Sun2000-5ktl-m1 with soft v140. Does the update to the latest official version (which is? 145, 146?) Bring significant, positive changes? Is it worth updating? By connecting to the inverter locally via the SUN2000 app, the app refuses to boot, claiming that the inverter firmware is old and proposes to update, but no longer shows the version it intends to install ...

both versions are official, 145 and 146 the apka is fusionsolar, not sun2000, and so it will not run without an update, but updates to the latest

Ok, as I understand the mentioned, newer versions do not "break" anything and you can safely install them ..?

sometimes they break, e.g. v140 if I remember correctly, on which I could not connect to the inverter through the app, the website remotely upgraded to version 141.

PS. In the application I found a setting regarding "Upper voltage limit when reconnecting to the grid" with a setting of 253V and whether this value is responsible for when the inverter is to turn off when the grid voltage is high

I do not advise to touch it, you can burn yourself and other equipment in the house, this is the limit value, change only at your own risk with all related consequences.

Hi. I am very new to this. We have constant Ov alarms which effectively prevents us from having any benefit. The highest I have found is 255v. The installer says he can change the parameters but I have to sign the warranty away. What consequences are there if I do this? What damage "could" occur? Trying to get the grid owner to adjust the transformer is proving very difficult. Would a voltage optimiser overcome this problem? Thks

The optimizer is a coupler connected between the panels and the inverter - in the case where some panels are shaded or the panels are in the east-south-west relationship, they help to achieve maximum performance, which is not what you are looking for.
In your case, it will help to connect a receiver that breaks the mains voltage (boiler, CO heater) - paradoxically, wasting some electricity, you will be positive because the inverter will work without interruption and you will suddenly lose a few KWh.
You can move the inverter to the last plot without a crime story - i.e. 257V, but be aware that the new meters detect such maneuvers and you may have trouble with the supplier if he finds out.
Don't be afraid to install it at home. The new devices have impulse power supplies and can be powered by a wide range of voltages, induction motors (e.g. refrigerators) will also withstand.

And where does the value of 257V come from? 253V is the upper voltage limit.

    Good day.
My HUAWEI produces half the power. The installation launched last year, after starting it produced about 8.5kW in the highest insolation, now for a long time the production in full insolation does not exceed 5kW. I am asking for help, I have read various forums also from other manufacturers of inverters and I have read that it may be related to active power settings, DE2 standard settings, etc. Please help me set the parameters correctly, cosine angles, etc. It seems to me that after updating the software, the inverter began to produce at half power. Below I present the characteristics of the installation:
    Huawei Sun2000-10 KTL-M0
    PV - 450W * 22 = 9.9KW

    Please help, thank you.

Many thanks that is very useful. Are the optimizers easy to install?

My question is about full access to the inverter, the installer refused it.
I have a problem with too high a voltage above 253V.
Maybe someone will share their knowledge.

I will probably give you when you waive the warranty. Who will answer when you rearrange something ...?

You can play with the P / U curve, Q / U gives almost nothing, or add a 3-phase heater with control.

I do not have a dongle and I am logging in via the inverter network, i.e. I logged in because something broke and I cannot connect to the inverter. Does anyone also have this problem? what is this app? use fusion solar latest version

The app is Sun2000, it is also impossible to use fusion solar. In the phone's wifi settings, I chose the inverter network, the app connected to the inverter and there was an option in the "login" app. Now, when I switch the wifi network to the inverter, the phone immediately wants the password to the inverter network, and unfortunately the password does not work. Some time ago I had phone updates for a new android, maybe that's because of it?
Last login to the inverter is September 4.

Switch off mobile data on your phone just to be sure when you are connected to the inverter via sun2000
Second topic: there you probably choose whether the user or the installer - maybe not this account is logged in and therefore the wrong password

I also turned off the data for the trial, previously it did not matter and I could log in. I have an installer account in fusion because I did the installation myself. Has anyone tried to connect via the USB port? Because apparently such an option is also possible. I don't want to spoil anything else ...

there is no option that fusion solar does not work, you turn on wifi on your phone (but you do not connect to any network) you run fusion solar in the upper left corner you have a configuration wizard, click there and such a contraption appears to scan, you scan the qr code on the side the inverter info pops up to connect to its wifi network, give you connect then log in as an installer and the pyk works, you do not need a wifi password for the inverter.

If you have forgotten the installer password, you can reset it

Hi, today, during the configuration of the inverter, and actually when adding the installation, the message "Information No related device data found." SN scanned and typed manually, this message always pops up. Anyone have an idea what could be the reason?

I have the password saved in the switchboard, so I have not forgotten it. The phone tries to connect to the inverter 3 times and sneezes.
You mean this reset where the AC and then DC power is turned off? If so, the inverter must be reconfigured, or will only the password be changed to 00000a immediately?

Topic summary

The discussion centers on issues and configurations related to Huawei SUN2000 series inverters, particularly focusing on WiFi dongle connectivity, firmware updates, and the FusionSolar platform. Users report successful inverter commissioning and firmware updates but face persistent problems connecting the WiFi dongle, which often blinks red and appears offline in FusionSolar. A reliable workaround is connecting the dongle via Ethernet cable to the router. Changing WiFi network credentials requires logging directly into the inverter through FusionSolar or FusionHome apps, as remote password changes are not supported. Installer accounts have broader configuration permissions than owner accounts, which often restrict access to settings such as location, currency, and power configuration. The discussion also covers optimal network code selection (e.g., Germany-VDE-AR-N-4105 for Poland), MPPT multi-peak scanning settings for shadowed panels, and string capacity configuration aligning with physical panel connections. Users note that inverter startup voltage and MPPT voltage ranges affect minimum panel string length, with debates on using 140V or 240V for calculations. Firmware updates are available but may not always be visible to all users simultaneously; some recommend downgrading FusionSolar app versions to resolve login or configuration issues. The FusionSolar platform's interface and permissions can be non-intuitive, with some users unable to modify installation parameters without installer access. Additional topics include inverter automatic shutdown due to high grid voltage, anti-PID function requiring external devices, and integration with Huawei DTSU666-H smart meters, which are often auto-detected. Overall, the thread provides practical advice on inverter setup, network configuration, firmware management, and troubleshooting communication issues with Huawei SUN2000 inverters and associated software tools.
