How do I install drivers on Windows XP?

Why does SDR# show a spike at centre frequency?

In fact, you should be able to replace the webcam. I will try and let you know. Regular OTG cable doesn't work because android doesn't have USB host. This is the Overmax OV-Quattor 10 + E. These tablets can be purchased with a wholesaler of functional pears cap, only the lottery risk is what you will hit. Perfect SDR equipment, but unfortunately no OTG.
