Of course, but it (filter) is so "rare" that it does it not much and at the same time "dense" to stop "garbage" that could penetrate into the lamellae and these, in turn, not only that it is difficult to get rid of them, it is definitely they reduce the efficiency of the exchanger more effectively.

Thanks for the answer, I think I will be tempted by Electrolux, although I aimed at the LG RC90 before, mainly due to the self-cleaning, 10-year warranty on the motor and compressor and such a breath of technological freshness, but there is no point in overpaying. On the one hand, the current Electrolux models are already a bit on the market, but on the other hand, they are proven in battle.

Does anyone know what is really set in point 7.2 instructions for ew8h458bp?
Is this the assumed laundry humidity after spinning?
Or maybe an additional adjustment of the final level of laundry drying?

Przemyśl, LG has a promotion now, I would be wondering ...
take a look and read the end of the blog (for me, objectively and after a year of use, I confirm what is written) from https://www.agdmaniak.pl/76329/electrolux-ew8h458bp-test/

You can adjust the final moisture content of the load to be dried.

I am very afraid of this automatic cleaning, if there was a door there and you could clean it yourself and force cleaning with a special program for cleaning the exchanger, it would be much better. In addition, there is a lot of information on the fact that the dryer does not clean the exchanger 2 to 3 times in each cycle, but much less often, basically it is not known what the specific rules of this cleaning are. Something must be there because LG on its websites withdrew from specifying the frequency of cleaning the exchanger.

I have read before, I realize that Electrolux dryers do not stand out too much, what not to say that today they are lagging behind when it comes to Smart accessories - but how often is it used? Often times at first, but later I don't know. For this, however, there is a significant difference in the price of both devices.

When it comes to smart and management applications, LG is far behind. Their application is a "crap" ...
so far (LG ThinQ) I do not know how much the washing machine uses, despite the built-in energy measurement function.
Read the comments under this app ....

    For example :

Bosch Condenser Tumble Dryer: Comparing WTW85460PL Heat Pump Model and Conventional Options

Returning to ew8h458bp, I do not really see the difference in the drying temperature between the available programs.
I used to take measurements and uploaded graphs a few threads earlier. There is no noticeable difference on them.
The only change that can be noticed is the difference in estimating the initial drying time and the time at which the humidity measurement is performed. For example, when choosing the Mixed XL program, it throws 2h15 minutes at the beginning and after 20 minutes of spinning the drum, it measures again and corrects the time. For another program, it will throw out 40 minutes at the beginning, and then it will take a measurement again and add another 40 minutes ... So for me it is just an algorithm that minimizes the drying time without any direct temperature correction - just what the program takes less time, then the temperature in the center of the drum will be lower for the type of material to be dried. At least that's what it looks like from the measurements. Recently, some new kids' t-shirts, leggings on the delicate program, and what - shrunk everything by about two sizes ... so you can put their DelicateCare system into fairy tales - it's probably some marketing gibberish. On the other hand, today it is difficult to find a good material from which clothes are made. Yesterday I was walking around the stores and I did not find a t-shirt with a washing temperature of 40 * C on the label and the prices from 20 to 60 PLN, maybe it's just a matter of missing ...

And now the question is, if half or even 1/3 of the laundry is poor quality material that you have to hang anyway because it will shrink, why invest in a dryer with a pump? And so, in the autumn winter season, you have to put up a regular dryer in the apartment.

BTW: I wonder how the 3D sense system works in the 900 series, whether it actually measures the humidity inside the laundry or another marketing trick ...

As for me, it's a bit out of sequence:
standard humidity is 2, higher humidity is 1 and the highest level of dryness is 0,
logically it would seem that for 0 it should be - the highest level of humidity.
Somewhere I read that these changes are made depending on the hardness of the water.

Piotrek D, you must have actually found the wrong clothes, or you have a problem with the dryer. I have this model 3 years over, it dries everything and it has shrunk to maybe 2 things. The delicate program is actually quite strong, I recommend the mixed one ;)

On the other hand, some delicate sweaters with a tendency to shrink dries on the time program. I set it for 50-60 minutes, sometimes it is slightly damp but it never shrunk, And believe me I put everything into the dryer, even cashmere sweaters

I am also wondering about the magic of shrinkage, I have a heater dryer myself, which is one that is not good, I dry mostly on programs such as cotton for the wardrobe and I have no problem with it shrinking.

I also have an old Elektrolux EDC 77550W. Nothing shrinks. The wife dries almost everything extra strong and doesn't even turn "gentle".

I have no space in the bathroom and plan to install a dryer in the dressing room. I am thinking of buying a heat pump dryer. I would like to buy or order built-in furniture for it so that it is not visible. What should such a building have, if it should be larger than the dryer to make sense. Does a pump dryer release a lot of moisture into the environment? And the last question, the most important thing to choose Bosch? Electrolux? Which model?

Like the revolutions in your dryer. Does it go both ways?
Or only from the 358 model, because there are plus turnover there. Is it just a function

The function to increase, for example, cotton on the program, which I do not use anyway. Swirls both ways normally, most on the bedding peogram ;)

which of these three would you choose?
    Bosch WTR87TE0PL
    Bosch WTR87TESPL
    ELECTROLUX EW8H458BP

the choice of the dryer depends on the choice of the washing machine to be the same manufacturer (wife's requirements)
    then it will be either
    Bosch WAN2829EPL
    or
    ELECTROLUX EW8F328SP

Definitely equipment from the Bosch / Siemens stable.
Too many decaying motors and rollers in electrolux dryers.

A friend of mine just sent me such photos from the electrolux stable. I was in the showroom and I thought Bosch WAN2829EPL had a very small loading door, but maybe that was just the impression. But I am not able to determine which Bosh dryer to choose for this set.

Bosch washing machine series 2 and 4 could actually be bigger. When it comes to the dryer, I strongly suggest you get over the cash register and buy the 8 Auto Clean series.
I have had such a dryer for 14 months and the automatic exchanger cleaning system works perfectly. There is a wet filter there, cleaning the filter once a month (according to the manufacturer, every 20 dryings) and today the exchanger looks as if the dryer came from the store today. Earlier, I had a series of 4 for 3.5 years. I managed to keep the exchanger clean, but the filter must be cleaned after each drying. And despite the three-stage filtration, however, the micro fibers on the exchanger settle. And you have to remember that the contamination of the exchanger grows rapidly, because even a small amount of dirt helps to retain more fibers.
To sum up, I would not go into the 6 series, because the price is high, the benefits compared to the 4 series are small, and there is a gap in terms of technology for the 8 series. In addition, the 4 and 8 series are manufactured in Poland.

However, I bought the Serie 6 but with the self-cleaning condenser option, namely the WTW876S0PL in the A +++ class for money not much more than the series 4.
In addition, the Wan282 MSPL washing machine (I hope that it differs from the Wan2829EPL only in the colors and appearance of the programmer and the guts are the same).
After all, I'm going to sleep normally today

Aside from the fact that the photos have nothing to do with the issue of dryers discussed in this topic, but for your curiosity, the first two are a Whirlpool Top Load Washing Machine (AWT / AWE / TDLR or either of the Polar, Bosch WOT twins. , the damage usually occurs when the customer shovels the powder into the washing machine, the second photo, a broken bearing, also the user's fault, and the third photo is a well-20-year-old AEG that has lost communication between the panel and the module, most often due to cold solders.

Hastla A, let me know when you use it as with the temperature in the dryers. Because there are many complaints about high temperature drought, cramps, etc. I wonder if this is a problem of some copies, series or Bosch in general ... Regards ;)

I wonder what the temperature sensor sits there, is it an ordinary NTC or a thermocouple. If NTC, I would not be surprised if it is.
    I'll let you know :)

This drying system has been known for years and, unfortunately, is known mainly for its failure rate. Automatic cleaning of the exchanger does not work effectively and there is no access to it. People are cutting holes in casings and standing on their heads. There is a lot on the internet about this.

there are two NTCs, they are enough for washing machines or dryers, accuracy approx. +/- 5 degrees.
