What was your maximum waiting time for a parcel from sellers? Sometimes you have to be patient.

Standard, i.e. 60 days.

This is usually the case when:
- deadlines are not checked when ordering,
- the website regulations are not read,
- it is not taken into account that the Chinese, their mail and couriers do not have to have anything to do with this problem, because the parcel was lost in Poland.
As of today, I have over 260 purchases and only a dozen or so situations in which parcels did not arrive or were damaged. All complaints have been resolved in my favor, without losing a single cent.
Therefore, I recommend shopping on Aliexpress: Link

I have not received any shipment within 60 days and this is important to me.

And such that it is thanks to this terrible Aliexpress that you owe the fact that even if the Polish postman decides to appropriate your parcel, lose it, etc., you get a refund, as stated in the regulations, and the appropriate functionalities, including arbitration, are available.
The Aliexpress system is a system that enforces honesty, as in any auction system for companies. So if you suspect that the Chinese did not send you the goods, you probably did not check its overall assessment. If, on the other hand, you checked and accepted a Chinese with a small amount of transactions and a bad opinion, this is your problem. If, on the other hand, you took care of it, the goods were definitely sent and lost (perhaps right in front of your mailbox).
Your approach to the matter is a typical haplessness that holds everyone collective responsibility.
Since you do not get any arguments showing that others are calmly and safely buying hundreds of goods, it is actually good that you have made the decision not to buy more on Aliexpress.
Our role, however, is to show that it is completely different from what you describe.

As for WER Warszawa, search the Internet for how many people have a problem with it.
