You will not see how much goes into the network in this graphic, but you can see it in the "Statistics" tab, at the bottom next to "Overview", but you would have to install the DDTU666-H counter for 3F installations or DDSU666-H for 1F installations.

If you are in Tauron, it is also a non-invasive option with the eLicznik service. Rather, they do not nod and at 100% it is the value that you will see later on the FV. This is what the daily chart looks like. There are also per month and year and meter reading remotely:

I'm not interested in spending PLN 700 on the meter?

As for the zero indications, try uninstalling Fusion Solar and reinstalling, maybe there is an error in the app.

I don't want to uninstall, because this app likes to hang and it may turn out that I won't see anything (once I couldn't log in for 2 weeks, then something bounced her and she accepted the same login and password without any problems). It just doesn't work for friends?

My question was whether there is some option to check / enable somewhere that I have no idea about to trigger it. Previously, it worked itself, and in the shortened manual on the Huawei website there are pictures that even with the stamp of home devices, it gives a value and also with this energy pole, so somehow you can turn it on or some software version supports it. There used to be problems, now it's fairly normal, the latest version of the app is 5.7.073, check what you have.

There is no option to turn it on or off, the indications are automatic.

    Hi,
There is a way to remotely change the WiFi password? Because I can't find it anywhere.
For example, the customer collapses a router and buys a second one, at this point we have no communication with the inverter, because the SSID and password are different.
This can be done from the level of the app or website, or is there a customer visit each time?

You can connect on the cable, set identical SSID and password on the new access point. Alternatively, charge the client with PLN 400 for arrival ?

Can you know where did you get the apk from? Are there any older ones from, say, fall 2021 available? New apps want to update the inverters to version 140, and I would like an older one that will get along with the SPC135 inverter without updating.

I have a question, can I somehow create or delete an administrator account and then configure everything from scratch? I have a problem with the company that set up the installation for me, namely the owner of the company does not answer the phone and when calling the office, no one knows anything about any support. I wanted to change a few things in the settings but an admin is required for that.

It is possible for 100%. Nobody has explained it here yet, I will gladly step on the post. For sure, the hujaweja service will help you do this, they act quickly on notifications. You can submit your application in any convenient language.

Log in directly to the inverter using the SUN2000 app, the factory password is "00000a", if the installer has changed it, it is dopa, Huaweia support remains.
Direct login to the inverter has been described here many times, it can also be done using the WiFi network that the inverter broadcasts and its passwords, everything should be on a sticker on the side of the inverter.

I found out that if you don't know the password, you can reset the inverter to the factory settings. It is possible that the Huawei service is doing this

The password can be reset by turning the inverter off and on. The entire procedure is described in the manual

I don't think it is an application version issue. Recently, it also showed me zero for several days, although when I switched to the statistics tab, I saw the production graph.
It just happened after a few days and, for example, today everything is ok

in my case, in the statistics tab, it also shows the production ... but in the first tab, zero, even though there was information about the current production of PV panels earlier.

Exactly. So it's not the app's fault, but more of their servers or clouds

Check the color of the LED on Donglu when the first page of the app is all zeros. From what I know, the first page is live and if the dongle will glow red, there will be nothing there. If, for example, it is at the router's range contact and it disconnects every now and then, it may be that the first page will be zero most of the time, and yet the production statistics will match because the inverter has a buffer in which it holds data and sends them when will catch the connection, so it is enough for it to connect e.g. once a day.

For me, the red LED appears a few x a day for a short time and then the app does not show anything, I have not figured out where it comes from yet, but I suspect that it is the fault of 3 routers with the same SSID, maybe it caught the most distant one during the configuration and now there are circuses.

Hello, I can't configure the inverter.
Panels ja solar 390 two strings, 9 panels each.
    Huawei inverter
The voltage is 380V on each string, when I turn on the inverter, the voltage is lost in the application, it shows me no sunlight and no power on the DC side.
Plus and minus well connected, grounding done. What may be the reason why the installation does not work, can someone help me with this issue. I will not turn to the installer because I did it myself.

    Typical symptom of polarity confusion.

Check again, connect the meter correctly, plus to the red solar cable, minus to the black, I hope that such cables were used, the minus indication is wrong polarity, I would also check if the cables at the panels were not mixed up, e.g. black connected to the plus, red to the minus, then at the inverter it would have to be black as plus, red as minus.

Exactly. And remember that if the polarity is wrong, you have to wait until the sun goes out and then disconnect the DC switch in the inverter!
Otherwise, you may damage the inverter.

What for?! It will turn off the AC first - the inverter disconnects - no production and then disconnects the DC ... the other way around ... first DC then AC, but what is better to do a little after sunset, when the voltages are already lower. DC current is very dangerous ...

straight from the Huawei manual, way switching on inverter:
Step 1 Turn on the AC switch between the SUN2000 and the public grid.
(If Step 3 before Step 1 was performed, the SUN2000 reports an alarm Grid Failure . Inverter
The SUN2000 will not start normal operation until it clears the error automatically.)
Step 2 When there is a DC switch between the PV array and
switch on the DC switch with the inverter.
Step 3 Switch the DC SWITCH on the bottom of the SUN2000 to the ON position.
Step 4 Wait approximately 1 minute and observe the inverter LEDs to determine its status.

    greetings

    Hello

    And I have a question:

I wanted to upload a newer firmware (the installer recommended me, due to the fact that a DC arc error suddenly crashed).

Well, I uploaded via the network, but chose the wrong option, "update method with the consent of the user" ....
Now I can not upload the firmware, because I am constantly informed that another update is in progress. I can't disable this update now, and have no idea how to opt in as a user for this update?

    thank you

Topic summary

The discussion centers on issues and configurations related to Huawei SUN2000 series inverters, particularly focusing on WiFi dongle connectivity, firmware updates, and the FusionSolar platform. Users report successful inverter commissioning and firmware updates but face persistent problems connecting the WiFi dongle, which often blinks red and appears offline in FusionSolar. A reliable workaround is connecting the dongle via Ethernet cable to the router. Changing WiFi network credentials requires logging directly into the inverter through FusionSolar or FusionHome apps, as remote password changes are not supported. Installer accounts have broader configuration permissions than owner accounts, which often restrict access to settings such as location, currency, and power configuration. The discussion also covers optimal network code selection (e.g., Germany-VDE-AR-N-4105 for Poland), MPPT multi-peak scanning settings for shadowed panels, and string capacity configuration aligning with physical panel connections. Users note that inverter startup voltage and MPPT voltage ranges affect minimum panel string length, with debates on using 140V or 240V for calculations. Firmware updates are available but may not always be visible to all users simultaneously; some recommend downgrading FusionSolar app versions to resolve login or configuration issues. The FusionSolar platform's interface and permissions can be non-intuitive, with some users unable to modify installation parameters without installer access. Additional topics include inverter automatic shutdown due to high grid voltage, anti-PID function requiring external devices, and integration with Huawei DTSU666-H smart meters, which are often auto-detected. Overall, the thread provides practical advice on inverter setup, network configuration, firmware management, and troubleshooting communication issues with Huawei SUN2000 inverters and associated software tools.
