Thanks, and can't I approve this authorization somewhere? It is a pity that the device was useless for so long.

login as owner not installer, or create an owner account first ... and then login

Let me tell you that it was simple on the old application ... Now I can see how bottom the Huawei application is. Terribly underdeveloped.

For what? This is me too straight from the inverter manual:
    "WARNING:
If the DC input cable is connected in reverse, do not use a DC switch or the positive and negative connectors. Wait until the illumination weakens at night and the current from the PV string is below 0.5A, then turn off the DC switch.
Disconnect the positive and negative poles to reverse polarity. "

I will return to the topic of too high voltage in the network. Huawei sun2000 / 4kw. I live on a street where almost everyone has a solar farm. And this year it started. From 10-14 inverter in continuous reset. I ordered a paid service to check the voltage in the network from Tauron. Because, as I asked in the neighborhood, all the production runs without interruptions. I am sending some screenshots of my activities. Although I have the option to log into the inverter from the installer position, I relied heavily on our PN. We'll see what Tauron says. And I wonder what can be changed / set in reactive power? Hello
Have any of you encountered the message in Fusion Solar "Device detected from unauthorized channel. Access denied"?
I bought a Sun2000 8ktl M0 inverter from an importer - a Polish warehouse, Chinese version, connected with Fusion Solar, there was a prompt to update, I updated, set up Internet access via LAN - everything ok (despite the Chinese stamps). Then I wanted to add the inverter to the created installation in Fusion Solar and then this access denied message started to appear. Does anyone have any idea?

I would like to refresh the topic. It's been a long time fought with this and I still can't add this inverter to Fusion Solar because of the message below. I am asking for some help or hint. Is it currently possible to add a Chinese version for installation in Fusion Solar or any other remote viewing option outside of HomeAssistant? Maybe try to call / write to the Polish support, I had no such problems a year ago, but in the meantime I contacted them for a different reason and they did not have any problems with the answer (I also have an import).

I checked Fusion Home but it only works locally on the inverter wifi. I am still wondering if Fusion Home would work if I put a VPN in place and then tried to connect. Could someone be doing something like that?

Not true, it also works over home WiFi, but you need to set your WiFi on the inverter, and the SUN2000 app also works.

    Hi,

I have a question a little OT. Have you managed to reach the maximum inverter production this year? I have a SUN2000-6KTL-M1 inverter with 2 strings of 9 panels each, the power from the leaflet is 6.4 KWp installation from December. In principle, these panels should have a little more than the 6.4 KWp. Installation to the south, the roof of the panels at an angle of 40 degrees. Yesterday near Wrocław with full sun ~ 20 degrees Celsius the graph looked like this:

Huawei SUN2000 Inverter: WIFI Dongle Connection, Firmware Update & FusionSolar

I don't have any major problems with that, so I ask out of curiosity.

For such an angle of the panels, the sun perpendicular to them will be around April 19 at noon winter time (i.e. at 13 summer time) and then measure the maximum efficiency.
And the "astronomical" performance of the sun (and of the panel) would be maximum on the summer solstice (around June 21) and on the condition that the panel is positioned perpendicular to the rays at noon, i.e. at an angle of 30 degrees - because then in our conditions the light has the shortest path through the atmosphere, assuming a dry summer and no fog in the air (the highest efficiency would be at the equator, but ... ;) ).

    Hi,
Did you fight against Tauron? What is the cost of installing such an analyzer on the connection point? for what period of time do they mount it?

When it comes to reactive power control, it proposes Q / S compensation and edit the curve points on the graph depending on your needs.

I will just add here that too high voltage may be caused by tightened wires. If I were you, I would go all the way and tighten / check all the wires in the boxes and at the safeguards.

    Greetings.

I have such a problem, I wanted to change the WiFi network in the inverter, I logged in to the admin panel via the SUN2000-HV19 inverter network .... etc. There was information that the software needs to be changed, the update went without a problem, the inverter fired again. It spreads its WiFi network to which the phone connects. Unfortunately, it is not possible to log into the inverter.

The application on the phone was updated - the problem persisted. I would like to add that before this procedure, Home Assistant connected with the inverter without any problems, now there is no connection with HA.

As it was an update to 140, you can change from the administrator account to a newer or older version through the fusionsolar portal. The port for HA has changed to 6607, but in version 140 the communication is completely blocked.

You can also write to the huawei support, provide the serial numbers of the inverter and ask for the update to 141 or apparently already 142. You will not do anything alone without an installer account on the fusionsolar portal.

You can ask someone to download the firmware from 2022-04-02 - V100R001C00SPC142 and from 2022-02-12 - DGV100R002C00SPC109, and put it on the forum.

Well, not completely complete, because rs485 still works in this case, using a smartlogger, you can update the inverter firmware via rs485, so you can probably update the firmware offline, unfortunately the Huawei modbus protocol description is silent in this topic, so you would have to have a smartlogger and listen to the transmission to get some sensible requests within a reasonable time.

Support helped, they downloaded new software remotely and there is no problem

    Hi,

after installing V100R001C00SPC142, have you noticed more frequent trips of the inverter and higher voltages on all phases (one is due to the other).

From Wednesday, April 6, 2022, I have a problem with shutdowns, interestingly, the weather in the vicinity of Wrocław is rather poor (rain, clouds) and the production fluctuates in the range of 1 - 4 KWh with an installation of 6.4 KWp.

Two things happened on Wednesday, I did an update to 142. On that day, Tauron was messing around with the medium / high voltage transformer on my street. I have already written to Tauron but I am wondering about the FW aspect of the inverter.

I would like to add that there were no new connections for photovoltaic installations in the area and, in fact, the environment has not changed.

    Regards,
    Marcin

100% Tauron changed tensions to trafo. After updating, the voltage is the same as before

Disconnect the inverter and check the grid voltage - and you know the answer.
And to be sure, measure how dark it is and how sunny - do any installations in the network affect this voltage, etc.

    Such a question: I have a 7.1 kW installation.
On days like today (i.e. generally sunny) in the app via the website, it shows me that I achieve as much as 8kW.
Panels located around 40 degrees, south, but is it not an exaggeration? Why is it showing so much?
