I remember that once the inverter temperature was easily visible in the FusionSolar app after entering Devices -> Inverter.
And only the next update of the application turned this function off. I remember that in one of the threads my colleague @rokbok gave the last version of the application showing this temperature.

Anyone working on disconnecting the installation from the installer account with the help of the Huawei website? What is the waiting time for such an activity?

My version of the FusionSolar app is: 5.7.073
    Inverter Model: SUN2000-5KTL-M0
    Software Version: V100R001C00SPC141

I have activated and configured the photovoltaic installation myself, so I have full Installer permissions, because I have given them to myself.
From the very beginning, I often checked and watched all options through the app and the website. I guess I have never seen the temperature view option at home, ... but I might be wrong and I missed it. I only noticed this when the topic of inverter temperature was raised in this forum. I would really like to have a preview of the temperature as well.

I can understand that the temperature preview may not be visible depending on the version of the FusionSolar app you have.
However, through a web browser and "... fusionsolar.huawei.com" it should be rather visible, because it probably does not depend on the version of the app on the phone? A colleague @rokbok, indicated that he has such a preview via the website.

The point is that I also have the application version 5.7.073 and I can check the temperature, I wonder how it is that the same application, the same version, and the indications in it are different, the same with the web version, but who is Chinese? understand.

Maybe it's not the version of the application, but the version and type of the inverter?
    Newer, older: M0, M1.
Some, such as M0, do not have a temperature sensor?

m0 definitely has because rs485 can preview this parameter.

I don't know, two versions of M0, in one you can see the temperature, in the other it is not.

unfortunately, in my case, the temperature in M0 is not available in these options.

As I wrote earlier, it is difficult for a Chinese to understand / figure out.

I decided to explore the subject of this unfortunate Temperature. I really care about it.
I wanted to somehow get in touch with service / support to ask there. Unfortunately, after selecting the tab: "System -> Contact us", such a window pops up. I don't know what it is about and where and how to set it up.

I have no idea in what other form and where I could turn to Huawei for help and support to explain the invisible Temperature preview on both my inverters. Maybe it can be turned on somehow, e.g. through Huawei service / support?

Write to eu_inverter_support(_at_)huawei.com, they reply reasonably well.

But from the export data, I have this:

How do you read the data from the export from the inverter?

Confirm - the temperature was visible until some point in the old / orange version of FusionSolar. Another update removed it and then there was a switch to the blue application in which there is no temperature from the beginning (in Devices -> Inverter and not in historical data).

You claim it doesn't, I claim it is :) , a more appropriate statement / question would be why some have, and others do not have temperature indications in their apps and on the website ;) .

You didn't understand me or I didn't make it clear.
I don't question that you see temparatures in the historical data. I only confirmed that once in the old version of the application (orange) there was a preview of the current temperature of the inverter, but in a different place, here:

@Yorkus I exported the data to xlsa and made a graph :)

    Added after 9 [minutes]:

With the temperatures it was so that up to a certain version of the FW it was normally visible on the parameters screen (where there are voltages, etc.) then with some update this temperature was hidden and can only be extracted through data export (I do not have it in the historical data referred to above - I suspect that the firmware version may be important here - I have the newest one and of course I'm an admin). There was a lot of buzz on the Huawei forum after removing the temperature view straight - they explained it with a large number of complaints due to high operating temperatures, which they say is normal.

Is there anyone with a three-phase inverter who can also view the temperature in the historical data?
I am asking because, as far as I know, my colleague @rokbok has a single-phase inverter and probably only he can see the temperature.
Or is there any other person who sees this information at all?

Is a "normal" user with Admin / Installer privileges able to export this data, having a connection to the inverter only via wi-fi and a website or an app?

Such a window should appear, you choose what should be exported to the * xlsx file, the file itself is packed into a * zip archive.

Hello. Yesterday I added the panels to the installation and swapped the optimizers. From now on, the inverter sees only 1 string in the logical view and all optimizers 22 pcs. right in this string. I have two thongs, 15 optics in one, and in the second one, someone encountered such a problem. Before the switch, I had a different division, but everything was ok.

Thank you @All for the tips and invaluable help.
It worked, and this is what it looks like for me, for example, in March 2022. Despite a slight exceeding of the temperature of over 45C, on 27 and 28, I did not notice that the inverter was turned off. :-)

I also wrote an email to "eu_inverter_support" asking for a temperature view.
They wrote back quite quickly and asked for the SN of the inverter, which I did. I am waiting for a response.

According to the documentation, the inverter will not turn off, it will only limit the power.
So it's best to look at the temperature + power graph and see if there are any dependencies. Of course, the best weather is "no change", that is, for example, the sun all the time.

My M0 inverter is reducing power sometimes. Most often by turning off. I have one 3.3kW string and the other 3kW - disconnecting one circuit of the panels on the DC side helps the inverter not to turn off.

I got a reply from "support". Unfortunately, it coincides with the prompts I have already received.

    Hello
A friend asked me when I started the installation on the SUN-2000-8KTL-M0 inverter (this is what the stickers show). It was supposed to be a walk - and it turned out to be crap. What's the matter - an inverter bought at a fairly attractive price from a Polish company with an invoice - unfortunately the problem is the GRID CODE - or rather the lack of it. Evidently the inverter intended for the Chinese market. After calling the seller, we found out that:

    - the inverter can be used in our network despite the lack of a GRID CODE selection, e.g. Germany or the Czech Republic
    - the Huawei warranty is valid in Poland, what's more, it can be extended for the next years

Huawei SUN2000 Inverter: WIFI Dongle Connection, Firmware Update & FusionSolar

    My question
    - Can the Grid CODE be recorded somehow?
    - What exactly does the Grid CODE contain - or just the top-down standardized network parameters that can be manually set?
    - Has anyone encountered this type of problem before?
    - Will ZE not bother when accepting such an installation - I assume that "Business Janusz" - probably such inverters are pushing customers?
    - Has anyone reported such an inverter under the warranty in Poland?

Tomorrow, an application will be sent to Huawei Polska - we will see what they answer. Just wondering how to report it.
Whether as the inability to select the correct GRID CODE, or as a request for a possible use and form of the guarantee. Because I would not be surprised if the inverter could be sent back for repair to CHINA ONLY

    UPDATE:
It was enough just to check and everything about the topic
Huawei SUN2000 Inverter: WIFI Dongle Connection, Firmware Update & FusionSolar

The inverter is without warranty - because it is valid only in CHINA !!!

    Hello,

do you have any news about this topic? I also bought a 10KTL-M1 from China (Alibaba). The price difference between China and Germany was about 2000 EUR, so I gave it a try. I also only have 3 Grid Codes to choose from. I have chosen "Custom (50Hz)". The inverter works very well. But I also would like to know how exactly the selection of the grid code affects the inverter. Would be great if it only had an impact of preselecting the grid parameters. Because these can be set manually.

    Best regards,
    Thomas

    Hi,

as I wrote before, I reported the over-voltage issue to Tauron. Today came the answer, which is also an answer to my previous question: Can Tauron monitor the voltage on the new Pafal 16EC3G meters on an ongoing basis? It turns out that maybe.

As for the overvoltage issue, it seems game over:

Huawei SUN2000 Inverter: WIFI Dongle Connection, Firmware Update & FusionSolar

If the inverters trip at 253V, this standard will never be exceeded. The problem of inverter shutting down will never be solved either. Generally they have it in D.
