As I wrote, the password 00000a does not work.

However, there is another strange issue.
When starting WiFi, the phone sees the SSID (inverter network). I can connect to/log in to this network using the password on the side of the inverter. It works. My phone says I'm connected to the network but no internet connection.

The problem appears only when I want to connect to the inverter in the FusionSolar application itself. I find the device, enter the password 00000a or what is given on the inverter and nothing.

I do not know what to do with it. Electricity produces electricity and this is the most important thing, but the lack of possibility to monitor the installation makes me furious.

With the password 00000a you log in with the SUN2000 app.
In the FusionSolar application, you log in with the username or better e-mail address and the password you have set.
When you forgot your password and you had only user rights, the easiest way is to ask the installer to create a new user account for you.

What if I can't recover my inverter password anyway? If I do not get the password from the installer, how do I log in to the inverter after creating a new installer account? The password 000000a does not work because it has been changed
Is there any other way to reset the inverter?

You mix two things resetting the password to the inverter does not cause the connection to the installer's account to disappear - it is on the huawei server based on the serial number of the inverter and without the help of the huawei service or the current owner of the account with installer rights, you will not remove it with any reset and because the inverter with only one account it may be related, it will not do you any good to create a new account because you will not assign this inverter to it until you disconnect it from the previous account.

To connect to the inverter in Fusion Solar, the inverter and the smartphone must be in the same WiFi network, besides, this WiFi network and its password must be entered in the inverter, and the password 00000a is valid if it has not been changed, how do you login to the inverter from the SUN2000 app or from Fusion Solar using the "Commissioning the device" tab, in this case the WiFi network that is introduced in the inverter is also important, both the device, the inverter and the smartphone must be within its range.

I am logged into the application as an installer.
When putting the device into use (while logged in to the application) I cannot connect to the inverter - this is a problem with the password at this point.
When I was able to connect to the inverter for the first time, I changed the password to it and after logging out of the application I cannot connect to the inverter (after this password).

I know that the smartphone and the inverter must be on the same network.
The problem is that when I am logged in to the FusionSolar app as an installer, I want to connect to the inverter (at the commissioning stage). I enter my password and nothing. I get a message that the inverter password is incorrect.

The strangest thing about all this is that when I connect with the phone to the inverter signal sent as a network signal and enter the password, the connection is made.

It's kind of absurd that you can't reset the inverter to factory settings.
What if the installer loses or forgets my installation password? Or will he just die and take this knowledge with him to the grave?
As the owner of the installation, I cannot regain access?
    This is sick.

An additional strange situation is that when logged in to the app as an installer, I search for a device that I want to put into service, but I connect to it not as an installer, but as a user - I enter the password 00000a and I have an insight into the installation status.

I do not see any absurdity in this, you write to huawei support and they will probably help
unless the inverter is from an illegal source, i.e. from outside European distribution (this is a legal source, but European support does not support it) or reported as stolen, and even better for buyers of such used inverters that the previous owner cannot reset the amount of energy produced and claim to have a storage chair.

I doubt if the inverter connected to the Huawei server, but it is a clue. Thanks.
I have access to this installer account (login and password) and the application does not show that this device has been put into use at all.
I wrote to support and we'll see if we can do something about it.
    I'll let you know.

No need to create a new account. The installer can reset your user account. The new password comes by email. If the user has confirmed his address in the application, he can reset the password himself.

Password 00000a is default only for M0 version. The M1 version has an installer password that is set when the inverter logs in for the first time. The same is true for the user's password. Changing the wifi network can be done from the user account.

Password reset instructions are described in the Inverter User's Manual. And by logging in to the inverter as an installer, you can reset it to factory settings. Unfortunately, if it has not been removed from the previous installation in Fusionolar, you will not be able to add it to the new installation.

I never give the installer's password to the inverters to the user, especially since the user often wants them to change the standard or operating voltage ranges.

Thank you all for the various tips.
Each of them was useful, because it either led me to something or ruled out a solution.

    There were two problems.
The first is the unfortunate password, which made it impossible for me to access the inverter as an installer.
The second was a consequence of the first, because I couldn't pair the dongle with the inverter.

Finally, after many hours of trying with different options, I logged in as a user, connected (only myself) the inverter to the net (via wifi).
Then I logged in to the key and used the inverter as a HotSpot - in the place where the inverter hangs, there is no mobile phone coverage (there is only WiFi), and you need the internet to register for the use of the key.
When I used the wifi network on my phone, at the same time I could not connect to the key, because either I had access to the net or I could connect to the key.
    Vicious circle.

Anyway, I paired the inverter with the key and thanks to that I was able to register the installation and attach it to the installer account.

    Then it ran fine.
I logged in as an installer via a browser, and there I already have full access to the inverter settings, so I can change the password and REMEMBER it.

    Managed to.

Such a question: what do we lose if we rewrite the account from the installer to our private account?
The only thing I can think of is losing my arms.
But maybe also voiding the warranty etc?

    Hi,

I’ve a problem connecting the SUN2000 inverter to my wi-fi network. Seems the connection was success but it's never connect to the management system. There is no communication restriction on my network. Every device working perfect joined to my wi-fi except the huawei FE dongle. Signal rate is good. I checked my Access Point logs and seems the dongle connects successfully then disconnects. This cycle repeats forever. My Access Point is an ubiquiti U6-LR. I tried the connection with a cheap TP-Link nano with less signal strength and it works flawless.
I contacted huawei for possible support they checked my dongle’s log and said it is ok. Firmware of the dongle is 130.
    Any advice?
    Thanks!

    Witam,
Miałem podobny problem też pisałem z Huawei support i też twierdzili po sprawdzeniu dziennika klucza sprzętowego, że wszystko ok. Pomogło zresetowanie Dongle Wifi według tej procedury:
    1.6 Restoring the preset password
    1.6.1 Procedure
To restore the WLAN password and APP login password, perform the following
    steps:
Step 1 Remove and then insert the SDongle for three consecutive times. The interval
between the removal and insertion is not limited, but the power-on time must be
greater than or equal to 1 minute and less than or equal to 2 minutes.
Step 2 Insert the dongle for the fourth time. After a period of time, the dongle
automatically resets (all lights are off).
Step 3 Within 10 minutes after the automatic reset, use the preset password to connect
to the Dongle hotspot and log in to the APP. The password can be successfully
    restored.
Step 4 If you do not log in to the mobile app within 10 minutes, the system restores the
WLAN password and app login password

    Hello,

I have the opportunity to buy a Huawei ktl 10kw inverter in the Chinese version for good money.

From what I have found, it is impossible to connect the inverter to the Huawei account and manage it from the application level.
What other problems are associated with it, apart from the ability to read statistics from the app?

    Regards

If I'm not mistaken, there is no support in the EU - so it will be difficult / impossible to implement the warranty / exchange if something is damaged ...

Pojawiła się nowa wersja firmware SUN2000MA V100R001C00SPC150. Jedyne zmiany, to poprawki błędów:

    1. Solved the problem of the PV power being limited after the battery SOC is fully
    charged.
    2. Solved the problem of the Backup power SOC for peaking shaving not
taking effect when the peaking shaving function is enabled.
    3. Solved the problem that the setting of the maximum charge power of the grid
does not take effect in versions V100R001C00SPC140-150.
    4. Solved the problem that when the SUN2000-5KTL-M0, SUN2000-5KTL-M1,
    SUN2000-8KTL-M0, SUN2000-8KTL-M1, SUN2000-10KTL-M0, and
SUN2000-10KTL-M1 work with the energy storage, the energy storage output
remains fixed and cannot be scheduled after overfrequency derating or
underfrequency rise power recovers under certain grid codes.

    Hi, need help.
I managed to update both the inverter and the dongle, but now I can't see them and I can't connect to them in any way. I use fusionsolar. None of them are on the network. There was already a reboot, after which the dongle was visible for 10 minutes.

I am changing internet provider and I wanted to log in and check where the wifi network is changing. By the way, I saw that there is an update of the inverter with the ending 48, and I had with the ending 26. So I pressed update.
At the moment I can see the dongle network. After logging in to it as an installer, I only have configuration and settings, in which there is nothing.
Unfortunately, it does not see the sun network ....

I changed the dongle version from 30 to 27 but it still doesn't see the sun network...
I think the dongle update messed up.
Can you disconnect the dongle, connect the USB cable to the phone? Will there then be access to the inverter grid?

As for the dongle, it is always visible only for a few minutes after restarting the entire inverter or possibly after removing it from the USB port and inserting it again. That's how it's supposed to be and that's right. Changing his software didn't break anything here. The latest soft for the dongle is the one with the number SDongle_V100R001C00SPC133_package.
The dongle is only used to communicate your inverter with the internet router in your home, the fact that you can't see the inverter network has nothing to do with it. If after starting the Fusion solar application you have all the readings up to date, it means that the communication is correct (of course when the phone is connected to the wifi of the home router).

A separate access point built into the inverter is responsible for broadcasting the network of the inverter itself, and it works within a few meters from the inverter. Can't see the inverter network in your phone's wifi settings?

It is enough that the phone has communication with the Internet, not necessarily via home WiFi, it can be a connection, e.g. LTE.

Thanks for showing interest. That is, the dongle is already established, it works shortly after its launch.

The phone does not see the inverter network. I do as I did two days ago and as instructed, but nothing. I changed my internet provider today, gave the new network the wifi name that I had and the password and luckily everything works and I have data in the app to view. The only downside is that I won't be able to update the inverter anymore.... I'll try on another phone, maybe something happened here, hmmm

The most important thing is that I can see ad data. yield in the application, and the electricity goes to Tauron :)
As long as there are no major updates, everything will be fine. And if it appears, then I will report to the assembly company asking for intervention. Unless something breaks the spell by then...
Thanks to those involved for their help.

And you don't have a computer? The update can be done from the fusionsolar level, there is no need to log in to the inverter's internal network, but with old models, updates do not make much sense - all changes apply only to new models and possibly cooperation with the energy storage, the satisfaction of having a higher version number I don't think it's worth the risk of bricking the hardware.
