And the installer can't give you login details? After all, he can see in the inverter logs that you have upgraded the firmware.

A few weeks ago I bought a Huawei inverter, which, as it turned out later, was from Chinese distribution. After researching the topic on the Internet, what consequences it has for me, I came across this thread. I asked here how to run it in short so that it would take place without much pain and work as if it was bought in Poland, but I found out that it is no longer possible, and Fusion Solar with such an inverter will only be available in Chinese.
I put that issue aside then, thinking that I would worry about it when installing the inverter, and that day has arrived.
I want to share with you the information and how I dealt with it, because everything works normally for me in Polish in Fusion Solar and on the website https://eu5.fusionsolar.huawei.com

I won't do a step by step description because I didn't write it down or record it because I didn't know it would be successful.
First, I set up an installer account in the Fusion Solar application version 6.23.00.185 on a smartphone, the company's country I chose Poland. Then I downloaded the application https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lexa.fakegps&hl=pl&gl=US and installed it. The inverter did not have a wifi dongle connected at this stage. In the Fake GPS program, I set the location to the center of China, then I went to Google Maps to make sure it worked (if you see after starting GM that you are in China, then everything is ok).
Later, I started the Fusion Solar program and started the Configuration Wizard to add the inverter to the program, scanned the code from the inverter, connected to its wifi network, logged in to it with the installer (password 1234qwer), clicked and saw what I could do there. Then I turned off the inverter, connected the wifi dongle, started adding this inverter to the program again to configure the connected dongle. I made an access point from another phone because at the moment I don't have another wifi network at the FV installation site, I configured the dongle for this AP and that's it. I remember that at some point when scanning the QR code from Inverter, I got an error in Polish (I don't remember its content), but on the 3rd attempt it just went. Generally, I know that the description is chaotic, but as I wrote before, I did it for the first time, by feel and everything I did for the first time, I did not remember step by step. The most important thing in my opinion is that I used an application that simulated a different geographic position.
After configuring everything, the only remnant is the Chinese currency, which was scrolling in the program and on the FS website, but I changed it to PLNy on the FS website itself. The only thing left of the Chinese inverter is the availability of 3 grid codes. I have it set to Custom (50Hz).

I hope that this way will work for someone besides me and there will be a few thousand zlotys in your pocket after buying a chinola 😊

PS I will add at the end, because it may be important that the SDongle, which I have connected the inverter to the grid, is bought in Poland, because I did not get it complete with a Chinese inverter.

For the sun2000 m1 inverter, I have 10 panels connected to the first mppt. Can I connect 6 panels facing west to the second input of the mppt?

Depends on the wattage of the inverter (you didn't write) but in general you can.
The power of the panels can be oversized in relation to the power of the inverter (manufacturers' recommendations: panel power 80-125% of the inverter power) - but the set maintains the highest efficiency for oversizing up to 20% (i.e. the power of the panels up to 120% of the inverter power).
And as for the south / east lighting conditions - that's why the inverter has separate strings - each MPPT behaves like a separate inverter and does not affect the work of the other, so you can.

It works without a problem. I have an inverter 6kW and 20 panels facing 75 degrees west with a power of 6.7kW and 8 panels facing -105 degrees east 2.64kW, It works very well. The ones to the west I added a year later and they greatly improved energy production before noon.

Here you can design your layout of panels and check if everything will work.
    https://eu.smartdesign.huawei.com:31943/login...://eu.smartdesign.huawei.com:31943/index.html

Below, the production without panels to the east and another picture with panels to the east. The peak does not change much, but in the morning the installation wakes up early in the morning. Not to be taken by the fact that the total production is similar because it was production from April and it was hard for me to choose perfect days where the sun was all day.

    Hello
I have two installations (house and garage) on two inverters (SUN 2000-6KTL-M1 and SUN 2000-3KTL-M1).
The problem is that it was assumed by two different companies (installer rights) and to see it as an end user in FusionSolar I have two user accounts and I have to relogin. At the moment, for a quick preview, I have two "kiosks" and basic things, instead of FusionSolar, I watch in two browser tabs.
QUESTION. Is there any way to combine the preview of these installations on one user account in the application so as not to relogin?

I have two separate installations and it seems that if both are registered on the same email address, both are visible in the application (I have it). Of course, this is determined by the installer during startup and configuration of the installation - this is how the installer answered me. the installations were done by different installers and the one who did the second one claims that he couldn't set up my account on the same e-mail address as I gave the first one so I had to give him my second e-mail address and thus I have 2 accounts :-( - so the question is whether 2 different installers can set up user accounts for the same user's e-mail address?

My installer provided a solution https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3818438.html. He did this when he installed the second installation and someone else installed the first.

Such an option as described above is out for the next few years - unless one of the installers goes bankrupt and promises of warranty along with it.
I cannot take over the installation for warranty reasons - both installations are under warranty and after taking over, regardless of 1 by 2 or 2 by 1, one of the installers will lose access to the installation made by him and I will lose his guarantee for the installation - of course, the transferee will not be responsible for his installation.
The point is that installers have each of their installations as an "installer" and me as a "user" one common view.
Delving into the inverter manual, it would probably be possible to connect them with a RS 485 cable - one master and the other slave - then logging in to the user account of the master installation, I will see the parameters of both inverters - but I don't know if I'm doing it right.
The garage and the house are a bit far from each other and making an RS 485 is possible, but first I would like to know if it makes sense.

I have two installations, made by 2 different companies.
During the configuration, I gave each of the installers exactly the same e-mail address of my wife. Both installers assigned her without any problems as a user.
Always in the FS app on the phone, it has a preview of both installations, without the need to relogin.
He simply logs into the application with his e-mail address, enters the password and immediately has both in the preview.

It seems to me that each of the installers can do it quickly and easily from the application level.
After launching the FS app, the installer has an "Add User" option at the top right.

and of course, the add user wizard does not let go.

The workaround in this case is an email in the ***@tlen.pl format instead of the previously used ***@o2.pl - it's the same mailbox but huawei doesn't know about it...

E I read that it's about two installations visible in the application and not notifications to one e-mail, in this situation, of course, it won't do anything.

I wrote to Huawei support about me - I received a reply - maybe someone will find it useful:

    "Sir
Unfortunately, if there are two installers, there is no other option than to have two owner accounts. You cannot log in to one account, you will have to relogin because the installations are assigned to two different installation companies. There is no other solution to this topic.

You can always remove an installation from one account and add it to another account. I guess that's about it. Only historical data will be lost.

Hey, isn't that an exaggeration with this guarantee? I installed with the HelioExpert company and there, in the acceptance report, I even had the option of self-configuration of the inverter, which I used because when I saw how the installers took care of it, I preferred it myself. It was definitely a good decision because I set up an installer account myself and I have full control over the installation.

IMO the warranty on the inverter, panels and cabling cannot be tied to the installer's access to manage the installation. These matters are regulated by law and as far as I know there is no difference between an inverter and a gas boiler with a controller.

You may lose installation support, but that may be a good thing. Basically, most problems are related to too high voltages and here the configuration of the inverter does not change much.

My task is when the arc detection protection works, this is physical damage to the installation and the warranty is valid.

Basically, it's a matter of verifying what the installer says versus the regulations.

    Good morning
I had a problem with the installation on Saturday worked normally all day. The inverter did not start on Sunday. no errors or crashes. Inverter state ready - no sunlight. Below screenshots from the application, anyone have an idea what could have happened?

Check in the middle of the day if the optimizers connect to the inverter. At the time you posted the screen, it's already after production, so it's hard to deduce anything.

There was also no connection during the day. And here is the problem, is it not the fault of the inverter.

Upload screenshots as I wrote plus additionally a screenshot from the optimizers view. Have you messed with the inverter settings? Maybe you need to update the inverter and it will start.
Try to measure the DC circuit in the evening and check if the resistances are correct. Just like in the video below, from 4.50 min.

I did not make any changes to the inverter. The installation, as you can see on the screen, turned off on Saturday evening, on Sunday it did not turn on. Today after the inverter has been deprived of power again and the power supply from the panels has been cut off, the situation as on the screen. I'll take measurements later.
