It stands on - when I remove the UART, the same thing probably happens - only that - the green LED will light up, after a while it will go out and the red LED will flash.
I am asking for help because I do not understand how it should work, so far it is one Atmega8 that has reached the "FF FF FF" signature.

Added after 32 [minutes]: It is one and the same Atmega - having completely lost communication with USBasp
