Hi, I am in half of construction and have some questions.
Great project almost all worked at first time,
I am not understanding how to run Amiga
At first is FD drive required or I can run files from SD card ?
Missing some files, I am total new, I have no experiences with amiga.
I've always wanted her, but I don't have any knowledge about her, I just know that she existed and that she was great.
Can somebody send my missing files?

I read several times but still not understand.
is there ready made files to just copy somewhere? without playing with emulator?
Some step by which files I need and where to copy?

I save to sd card mikan_v0.1.7.d19 then programed to one slot
what more I need ? Do I need something special to patch for SD card work ?

You need kickstart 3.1 or never.
"SD.ROM" for SD support (SD patch no longer needed).

My card is divided like this:

Well, in any case you need to study Amiga a bit))
First you need to install the kernel mikan (just type it into Flash using the standard menu) Additionally you will need the files - KICK31.ROM (KICK13.ROM, KICK3221.ROM) and the SD.ROM file (just rename it (SD_0. 10.ROM)
then install it with the emulator or download Workbanch, which comes with Kickstart.
You can check it in the emulator.)
Then your Amiga will boot, but the game is still far away.)) Amiga games can be found in ADF or WHDLoad format, this is the second format you need. But first you need to install this WHDLoad on your Amiga)))
Please watch this playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLfl5qkIeWkBmlEKUfEwMOZlgW0TN1tkwQ

Write in private message, if you don't find the ROM I will send it. I think that you can not impose here, license restrictions.

And one more thing - it turned out to be easier to install and configure Kickstart 3.2.2(1) and AmigaOS 3.2, maybe it's worth to start with them?

I am unable to find KICK3221.ROM just some flash chips, after experimenting I get from KICK31.ROM(Kickstart v3.1 rev 40.63 (1993)(Commodore)(A500-A600-A2000)[!].rom) something like boot screen, I can move cursor arrow but no reaction on click, I try 2 mouses
after random pounding on the keyboard menu diapear an I get AmigaDOS window but after everything I get just "unknown command"

Another question-How do I save an image of the Amiga hard drive to an SD card at a specific location? Well, what would be together with the dos sections. So far I have come up with using dd, with the parameters seek or skip

    Code: Bash
Log in, to see the code

For "/dev/sdX2" the path to the partition you want to replace.
Just don't make a mistake or you'll say goodbye to your data.

I tried all sorts of Acronis, Easeus AOMEI because I wanted a graphical interface. Anyway, it didn't work out and I did it under Linux Mint via DD - it works perfectly, just as piotr_go writes. In both directions.
Now I have to get myself some emulator under Linux, then I'll have a whole machine to scroll data on one computer.
And in general, I think I have to get this fat95 will be the easiest.

In any case, I recommend DD under Linux. For the more advanced it is known - everyone can make their own partition from scratch.
For the less advanced I recommend pulling the partition from the image of Peter and mounting it under the emulator and then your own modifications.

Eventually we can exchange images of finished partitions (I have not yet done :) .

    Hi, I am back again.
    Still 2 problems.
    1. Spectrum > I get only 48k basic, I have not found any key combination or commands to run any MENU
    2. Amiga > I get "Amiga Early Startup Control" I can move with cursor but no response on click, no keyboard response just PrintScr make black screen
I need some special Amiga mouse ???? I try two kinds of PS2 mouses

Really no way to share working files/sd card images to send my private?

    Thanks

missing some parts around joystick and audio
I tame one small step forward, I can move arrow with mouse and click with WIN+ALT but still have no idea where place Workbench files.

ESXDOS files on FAT16 partition ("BIN" "SYS" "TMP" directory).
    F11 to enter menu.

Should I copy the HDF image or create an SD image?

It doesn't work yet, I do this -

There is a disk image for fs-uae (image.hdf)
    Cleared SD
    Created new msdos partition table
    Created Fat16 partition (sdX1)
    Created unformatted partition (sdX2)
    sudo cp image.hdf /dev/sdX2

    And nothing loads)))

If you are creating from scratch, the Amiga partition must be of type "F0" (fdisk "l listing known partition types).

Error message on a computer screen indicating no DOS disk in device DH0.
Now it doesn't see the DH0 drive)))

Generally I learned to make partitions with type F0, I record the HDF image, it loads a bit and curses to the DH0 drive

The HDF image I have consists of two partitions, according to the instructions from Githab-System I Work, on SD it is saved as a single partition, is this correct?
