With a strong "tap" date, the foam may not be enough and the stiff cardboard box too. Instead of cardboard, corrugated cardboard or 5mm polystyrene will be better.

I decided that the foil, bubble foil plus additional foam protection would be sufficient against the deteriorating activity of Poczta Polska. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that if more people receive damaged testers, I will have to give up these testers at all in the future. Other shipping methods (> PLN 10) are unfortunately not profitable with free gadgets, and payment for the shipment can not be accepted from users. Besides, the boxes are also rolled, thrown, which is different with displays. She saves many times the foil wrapping and a really big box. I will wait for more reports from the battlefield of Poczta Polska.

You could reduce the thickness if it would desolder the button, "stand" and remove the plastic from under the display. Put it next to the tile and use the saved thickness to secure the shipment. For the average electronics, soldering back will not be too much of a problem. The display on the tape can also be given next to it.
